Do not buy your tires from these guys. They will destroy your tire pressure indicators & lie to your face about why it happened (cost me $300 to have them replaced). Don’t lie to your customers just admit you stuffed them, replace or compensate. At least you can sleep easy at night knowing you did the right thing.

Done a bit of business with these guys, they’re always ready to help unlike every other tire joint in town

Poor service, clearly don’t need the business. Not interested in fielding calls from a potential customer.

Guy was rude and unhelpful. Said he would only fit tyres that were under 4 years old, when we explained that the tyre we wanted fitted was only 2 years old, he still refused. Wasn’t able to let us know anywhere else that would help.
Instead we found much better service at Tyrepower.

Emailed and only received an automated reply, promising to reply to availability no reply purchased a different brand.

Needed 2 tyres turned on the rim. First place "all we can do is sell you new tyres". Second said "2 week wait, try Goodyear"
Went to Goodyear, "tomorrow 10.00 am. "

Bought tyres from these "professionals", but after about 6 months a bulge appeared on one of the tyres. The tyres had a warranty and they did not accept that there was a fault with the tyre. Instead of accepting fault, they blamed me by throwing accusation that I'm a terrible driver, that I drive round corners to quickly, that I clip the curbs and drive over round-abouts, and that I drive to quickly over speed bumps. I can categorically say I do not drive like that, but it was their way of not replacing my tyre under warranty and charging me for a new tyre. There are much better tyre services with better products in Broome, I'd recommend you go to one of them.

We had to change a tire in an emergency. They were friendly and able to help us quickly and we thank them for that. However, they told us that we will get a goodyear tire for 139$ and we figure out after our first stop that they discretly put a cheap tyre for 139$. We went back the next day and they just change it for a Goodyear without negociation. So, be carefull.

Ordered a tyre which they said was in stock. Arrive to find out it is not in stock. Agreed to fit another brand. Turns out they didn’t balance it so went back to get balanced. Wheel alignment had steering wheel off centre. Still off centre. Over priced and under delivered. Friendly enough, but not the same as quality services.

Stopped in for a balancing issue. The boys find the problem and hand me back on the road
