Goodstart Early Learning

The center is amazing, Simone and the ladies there are kind and attentive, my son is autistic and I’ve changed my share of day cares but this one’s been the best. So sad we had to leave because of moving, but highly recommend it.

Not nice giving bad reviews and I should have done this a while ago but when it includes kids I think it’s important every time I look at the scar on my sons face I think I really need to give that review
Most staff are friendly and seem like they want to be there
My boys were physically hurt bye another child continuously for weeks.in one day I had 2 calls they only attended 2 days. My boy still has a bad scar on his face from the nasty scratch. You understand once or twice as kids will be kids, but when it continuously happens that’s not fair When tried discussing a resolution the answer was they have done everything they can. When talking to one of the educators in the room she opened up to me about how this kept happening to children in the class not just mine and said it’s not fair she was genuinely concerned. You expect your children to be safe when you drop them of mine definitely weren’t. My boys were traumatised but the director didn’t want a bar of it. She’s not the most approachable person. Pulling them out was the best decision.

It is a great childcare and kindergarten. The staff are helpful, respectful and friendly. I as a student trainee, found help and support from all the professional and lovely staff. They work as a family together to provide a warm and comfortable environment for children, take care and teach them. I am so lucky to do my training there. Greetings to Simone and her amazing team.

Even all the team members appear to be more engaged and excited to work with you. I appreciate your efforts to keep every team member up to date on their tasks. My boys have been attending the centre for 3.5 years now and we couldn't fault it. The centre is always clean and welcoming, the staff are amazing, loving and caring and the resources and activities the kids do are awesome. Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend good start ballajura been using them for almost 4 years now with my two kids. Very friendly and welcoming, nothing is ever a problem

I have my 2 kids here since they were just couple months of Age. Everyone in centre is very friendly, respectful and responsible. All educators are qualified and have close attachment with kids so that they can the best support to the kids' needs. For us, this is our 2nd home ️️

100% Absolutely recommended Simone and her amazing team at Ballajura Goodstart. They have welcomed our daughter in with open arms and we have adopted Simone and her lovely ladies into our family

My daughter has only been going to the centre for a short while but so far we are so impressed and we love it already! The educators are all so lovely and caring and my daughter has learnt so much already! They send me daily updates of the activity’s there doing and all the children look like there really enjoying themselves, putting my mind at ease that I can drop her off and she will be In good hands. I knew straight away, I wanted my daughter to attend this daycare the second we walked in, the centre has such a good vibe to it, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. My daughter has been there since April, and absolutely loves it, she has developed so fast. And I feel at ease knowing my child is in great care.

I absolutely love Goodstart Early Learning Ballajura centre! My daughter's been going there since early this year and she has learnt so much! She is constantly developing and growing and learning new things. I am really impressed with the hard work that all the educators are putting in, especially Mel and Natasha in the Nursery. You can tell from a mile away how dedicated they are. I definitely recommend this centre!
