GoodStart Early Learning Nollamara, has been amazing for my son, they helped me and him to transitioning from our anxiety separation he is trying different foods and is loving to be with his friends and the amazing Kindy educators! Thank you to Juliana to always been supportive and understanding!

Best place, my son love the educators and the environment has the best educators, super attentive.always solves everything and makes me aware of my son's day to day. Very clean and super organized place. I highly recommend

All of the educators and administration are wonderful and helpful. I appreciate how they maintain the environment as well as modest renovations and improvements to make it a better place for kids to play. I definitely recommend!

My daughter and son started going to Goodstart Nollamara at nearly 3 years and 6 months respectively. So I didn't think twice 2 years later when I gave birth to my twins to send them to daycare at 4 months while I went to finish my studies. I knew that I was leaving my children in a safe environment where they are loved and safe. Goodstart Nollamara has become a second home for all my little one's. They cater to all development needs of my children and are there to give hugs when I can't.

It’s a Incredible place, my daughter loves going to school and when the child is happy in a place it means that the environment is incredible, educators are very attentive to every detail.

I can’t thank them enough for their support to our sons. My older son need much help to cope with his feelings, also making good choices every day, I can tell you it is not easy to deal with it however their team are very patient. It is almost a year now, thank you for your endless support.

I Can't believe it my son will graduate soon from this centre, still remember when he still 7 Months old and now 4.5 yo. All the educators, and the management all are lovely and very helpful, love how they maintain the environment as well small renovation and improve environment for kids to play. They are very bad account calculation charging always incorrectly. I canceled the admission for my daughter on 13th jan 2020. Keep on charging up to March. I called many times to place check whats going on. Response very slow never call me back what’s going on. Good luck guys. Keep eyes on your account.

It was nerve wrecking to leave my son with other people but 8 months in I couldn't be happier with the care he receives. He loves his educators and has his friends and especially loves the food. The communication is great, my Childcare subsidy is managed really well. The flexible hours suit my family.

My child has been going to Goodstart Nollamara for 2 years after moving from another daycare, she's 5 now. The difference was noticeable immediately, the educators were welcoming and hands on. They gave my child the nurturing she needed/s where it was missing from the other centres. It was like she had been attending the centre all along. She felt comfortable and took merely a few days to settle in. May I also add that she was in the middle of toilet training and they persevered supporting her through out the days. It took two weeks and she was fully toilet trained. I truly am so grateful for all their help. All the educators my child has in the centre are amazing, kind, thoughtful and aware. My child has loved everyone she has had in her classroom. This Goodstart is a credit to the centre manager Kylee as she is the one overseeing the centre, ensuring the safety and care of the children are paramount. It is also a centre that not only cares about the children but their staff which inturn makes a happy and cohesive environment for everyone. I highly recommend Goodstart Nollamara if you are looking for a childcare.

My child has been going to good start Nollamara for almost 4 years. I started casually and I have found compared to other local daycare services this one was the most flexible and helpful. As I increased hours they tried to accomodate as they could.
Like many centres there is a change in staff however there is a core staff they have remained for the same time as my child, the new staff inclusive for the majority of the time have always been professional and helpful and respectful. I feel educators have a hard job to do with so many little humans that I do think they do their best under the circumstances. My child is always happy to go to school he has built a little community for himself and he is thriving in his development. I think as a parent I try to network with staff because I think the relationship is a two way Street, from talking to many staff they appear knowledgeable in different areas, each has their own strengths that they bring to the job but what's most important to me is that they try to make my child feel safe when his not with me. In terms of parking I have not had any issues in my time with them the only issue with parking is bumping into other parents to talk creating traffic#sorrynotsorry

Almost 5 years with this centre nothing improved.

Once Pom Pom stuck in my child nose, told director to put them away but still saw them in the room.

Other incident, leave stuck in my child throat my child vomited at home and leave came out.
Look like no one work or look after children put things in mouth.

Unbelievable playground compare with other childcares.

One staff complaint my child easy to allergic and other staff throw my child clothes in the bin.

My child got gastro after lunch 3 times last years.

I feel this centre bullied my family. I hope what happen to me will not happen to you.

I have sent many complaints to head office but nothing improved.

Am generally happy with their price and the service they provide. Most of their eductor are so friendly with my baby and well experinced. Eventhough there might be some area to improve, overall I am satisfied.
