Good Things Cafe reviews
36We absolutely loved the vibes at Good Things Mosman Park! We went here for a special occasion breakfast and loved the food, the coffee and the service. Nothing but good things to say about Good Things!
A quirky cafe with a really nice chilled vibe. The menu is interesting with few few of the normal breakfast staples. The coffee if good, as are the smoothies and fresh juices. We’d go more often, but it’s 30 minute drive…
There was this one young barista, (I believe his name was Ingo) who's service and smile was impeccable. He was super accomodating and helped us right away despite it being busy. At one point, I saw him catch a mothers falling baby with his right hand with stacks of dirty dishes in his left. (A man of many talents) I would definitely come back again just to experience the service provided by this man.
Second time at Good things and the reason I went back is one it was on the way to where I was going for the day as it's not my local area and secondly they do a yummy bacon and poached eggs.
The bacon has a got a maple taste to it and the eggs they are poached well.
If you want good bacon and eggs pop In to Good Things.
Amazing food, excellent service and delicious coffee. Really nice atmosphere too, only good things to say!
Korean chicken and waffles were SO GOOD! (Limited Time Only) This location is above and beyond better than the Freo location. Tons of space, great atmosphere and attentive staff.
You can even bring your pups
We were greeted, and seated within 10 minutes on a busy Sunday morning.
Shame we had booked inside and had no call and three minutes before we arrived they had given the table away! Suggesting we wait an hour to be seated inside, with hungry children and no where to wait, so in the misel and cold winters day, the children and a immune compromised adult had to sit outside despite our booking. One main took half an hour longer than the rest of the group's forcing us a longer sitting in the elements. Some waitstaff where helpful wiping wet chairs and half way thru being outside offering blankets. Don't rely on the pre booking system
Fantastic little place with great food. Only downside is that the coffee is not hot. We both had 2 cups of coffee each, and they were just warm.
Perfect local bfast before work or after whatever w/e mornings.
Scrambled eggs rocked for me and kids love desert for bfast in the hotcakes
Food was delicious. Service was quick, efficient and friendly. Everybody loved their meals. Two reasons to go to Mozy Park now, this and Rodney's.
Love their Iced Matcha and The Hulk (heaps of avo!). Beautiful little cafe with very friendly service!
Good service, good food, what else should I really say? There is something that screamed out to me from the menu, so I went with the safe food bet
The chips that came with the cheese burger are just French fries, so nothing to be excited about. The burger is reasonably, not overkilled with sauce, but enough natural flavouring where some of the food tasted average.
Some of their breads are baked locally, so you can expect some freshness in that department.
They also have a dedicated staff member at the door, so he/she can quickly direct customers to their seating location or reserve a place when space is available for the customer and clean up the table in a timely manner.
Service was quick, the staff is friendly and by Perth standards the coffee is alright.however, nothing perturbs me more than being presented with a delicious looking sourdough, poached eggs perched atop, and being given the worlds dullest knife, forcing you to practically RIP and TEAR apart your meal.would coke again though:)
Disappointed by the service we received today on Saturday 1st october 2022.
We had been waiting for 30min for our order. Nobody asked us if we were alright or if we needed anything, despite making eye contact multiple times with the staff.
I went up to the counter to ask for an update on our order and the petite brunette barista with hair half up half down wearing a rockband Tshirt was extremely short and unfriendly and replied sounding annoyed "What order". Then one of her more helpful colleagues came next to her to advise me that there had been a problem with the system and our order had not been taken. They told us it would take 5min if we placed it now.
I decided to go ahead as we had driven nearly 30min to come here after reading its good reviews but after thinking about it a bit more I actually wanted to leave straight away.
Honestly, the food was not amazing and the customer service we received from that girl was very disappointing. I did not expect her to be nice but just respectful at least.
We will definitely not come back.
The audacity to call this place good things. More like bad things. Raw bloody hot cakes. Cheers
Absolutely fabulous burgers and chips. Always a pleasure to eat here.
And so close to home, we are truly blessed in Mosman Park.
Oat milk latte was incredible food was creative and tasted delicious! Definitely recommend as one of Perth’s better cafes
One tiny plain hotcake and two tiny pieces of fried chicken for $21. I must be in mosman park. Didn't even taste that great. Game needs lifting.
Good selection of food, very nice coffee & I liked the coffee board on the back wall, it's a good observation of coffee drinkers.
Great coffee and food. Love coming here for breakfast but also a good spot for a takeaway lunch or snack.
