Good Sammy reviews
15 -Good size
-Decent stock
-Mostly well presented
-Some items are priced well
Generally, pretty good prices. However, when I went today with my mum, one of the employees would not stop talking to us. It was a blonde girl with glasses. I know you hire special needs people, but she was being kind of rude. When my mum was looking at pyjamas, she came over and started taking stuff we were looking at. And later, she came over to me and grabbed my purse that I had sitting in the basket I was carrying. She kept on asking us are you going to buy that yet while we were still browsing around. It was very uncomfortable. Again, I get she's special needs, but she really shouldn't just grab other people's stuff like she did.
The store is well laid out, and the content is good. The thing that lets it down is the unprofessionalism of the staff. Telling each other jokingly to F**K off, making very inappropriate jokes on the shop floor with kids present, talking over customers to other staff as if customers weren't there. Come on guys, this is a place of business. Raise the bar please.
Awesome staff very helpful good range of products from clothes to fancy dress to shoes and knick knacks. Awesome place to take the kids with their pocket money)
Some of the products available here are not available anywhere else. Further the prices are very reasonable. For me, it is a collector's shop and I have found many unique and interesting stuff at pretty attractive prices.
Great staff, busy at times but relaxed. Lots of stock at low prices. Good quality stock worth the trip
Had quite a bit of clothing, toys and china which they gladly appreciated and knowing that all would be used for those unfortunate people that would get more use than I
Good range of dress up costumes and shoes. Large shop no furniture but they do have electrical items.
If you look at my other reviews you will see a pattern. I really like charity stores and I am not ashamed to admit such. Keep the good work up, people.
Not bad, pretty typical Good Sammys.they're all much the same. This one is reasonably sized though, and well laid out.
I didn't find what I was looking for
Lots of good things, I was on a mission so it was in and out
Would give it zero stars if I could. The lady at the till let another customer push in front of me and then made me wait while the customer kept shopping. When I got to the till the lady didn’t greet me or say a single word to me, she was very slow, and started doing another task while I was waiting to give her my money. Worst customer service I’ve ever had and I won’t be going back.
The older lady with black/white hair and a hairy chin was really rude she didn't even greet me or anything at the till. She made me feel really uncomfortable and i dont think il ever go there again. Worst Good sammy's i ve ever been to i would not recommend it.
My Favourite Shop, anyone who buys new clothes these day is just crazy, always leave with what I had in mind and extra!
The staff are very friendly and helpful there I enjoy shopping there and visit every chance I get next time you have a couple of hours free pop in to Sammy's at Malaga
