Good Sammy

Now you are pretending we brought in USED underwear and socks! A great way to negate a bad review. We gave cushions and womens tops!
The rudest woman took our bags and ripped them open onto the ground. Told my husband if they were no good he could have them back. Incredibly disrespectful to good clothes.

The store and staff are brilliant, but don't try ringing them or their head office when needed as the calls just end. Don't they want us to contact them? Even the Uniting Church couldn't get hold of them

Been coming here for years now and always say hello to the staff that have been working here for a long time.
I really enjoyed coming here, and always found a bargain everytime.
Now lately every time I come in the shop layout is different, and everything has changed about this shop apart from some of the same lovely staff members.
It's a shame to see my favourite shop has changed so much.

I found the toys to be extremely over priced compared to other stores. To the point we left without purchasing anything, it was very disappointing for my children. For example a 5cm figurine was $4, drum sticks $10 you can almost buy new for the same price. I’m all for reusing and recycling but not at those prices. One staff member was very vocal about the toys being messed around and one or two on the floor and telling the kids off. Have you forgotten the Joy of being a kid and experiencing the excitement of treasure hunting through the toys, we always pack them up when we are done. Please be a little more gracious next time.

Each and every time i enter the store, im greeted by a cheery hello, the staff all greet you as you walk past, they are all happy and cheerful and always happy to assist. Love shopping at Good Sammys Kelmscott

Some things overpriced such as DVDs and shoes, need to look at this. Allot of variety and one of our favourites to go spend an hour or so trawling through items at. Some staff need more customer service skills.

Usually a good store but apparently today a woman at the counter with black hair
Short in height and glasses asked me to leave my bag with her while I go in the counter

Which another way she thinks I'm trying to steal
Constantly following me around the store.
I felt I was targeted because of my skin colour.

The staff are very polite and patient. The shop is air-conditioned and has many items to purchase. Recommend to all.

Seems as though the most friendly staff, furniture, clothing and bric-a-brac assemble here! Just love this shop, prices are also more fair than other Op Shops. Good on you, Good Sammy!

A big op shop with Lovely staff. Prices vary largely. Expensive delivery option for large goods.

A decent size store with everything from clothes, shoes, books, CDs, DVDs, jewellery, toys, furniture, and assorted items. Worth dropping in for an occassional browse, sometimes get great bargains. Good Sammy stores help people with disabilities by involving individuals in the community, as well as giving employment opportunities.

A pretty even balance between fair prices and a broad range of stock - friendly service, clean store and a decent amount of clothing, books and furniture.

Lots of womens' clothing choices, but not so much for the men. Has a very good book room, though, and the toy bins keep the kids entertained while I browse - however it would be nice if they had a selection of non-bagged smaller toys, as I'm loathe to buy too big or too many a toy.
