Gong Cha Northbridge

Gong Cha has lost its grace. 3 times we have ordered from here and Ali-shan Milk Foam has always been out of stock. Other drinks are tasteless, with the attitude of employees being extremely unfriendly. Never again will we buy from this place!

Staff cannot tell the difference between toppings when taking orders. It is ok if English is your second language but it would be better if some staff could understand basic English!

Got bbt here at the 4th of september at like 8: 40 ish and was served by a super pretty girl with nice lashes very nice n good bbt.would die to know where she got her lashes from omgg

I have been drinking Gongcha for years and tonight I’m really over it. It’s honestly tasteless and lame, I feel like just water in my drink

Friendly staff, the bubble-tea tasted good. Love the white pearls and the coconut jelly. Definitely come back for more:)

Great place, it has this big sitting area on the inside, we tried the Mango Latte with Mango Pearls, the latte was great.

Decent bubble tea. Interior is nice. There are a couple electrical outlets towards the back. Good place to study or chat.

Lots of table seating, my drink was delicious and prepared to my specifications.

The staff work on 12/08/2021 at 12: 30pm. She is so rude to the customers. She even didn’t say thank you or anything when I paid. She also had an attitude to me when I asked about the cup stamps.the manager should train this staff again about customer service.

Extremely poor customer service!
As a customer I said “Hi” but received no response; I smiled but received a very unfriendly look. When I left, I said “Thank you” and the guy didn’t even bother but staring at his phone instead. The guy is indeed unhappy and he definitely makes customers unhappy. Please train your staff carefully and make sure that they know how to do business. I will never come back and of course encourage my friends and colleagues not to go to this place unless there are positive changes in customer service.

Have tried only one and was very nice, taste and price are good and service was fast. Would recommend it and would go back. Thanks!

Was craving for earl grey milk tea so went there really early and they say they had none.

Other than that it is a standard bubble tea shop.

Poor customer service. Edited: went there in the afternoon, served by a guy. Ordered an earl grey milk tea with 3j, the guy asked if I want to add toppings, I thought he was asking for additional toppings (bcoz the drink itself comes with 3 toppings), so I said no. Who knows this guy gave me an Earl grey milk tea with nothing. I talked to him about it, he explained to me but he could’ve said it in a nicer way. After that he asked me to pay additional money (cash) for the toppings, I didn’t have cash so I ended up buying another drink.

Went to this bubble tea restaurant because it was the last one open in Northbridge. Arrived 10 minutes before closing and let another group in front of us while we were deciding our order, only to be told we would not be served and they were the final customers, 4 minutes before 10pm closing time! Very disappointed with the service and will never support again.

The drink is terrible. Milky drink is watery. Coconut flavour tastes artificial. Not going back again.

Yeah, it’s average. The drink seem to have sugar in them.even when I thought I asked for no sugar.

Nice place to sit back and chill though

First time purchased their drink. I got matcha latte with grass jelly. Matcha flavour was really weak. From the colour (light green) it could be seen if it was tasteless, even it was with less ice or 25%. Not sure either it was sugar or grass jelly, it had nice smell.

The milk foam is less fragrant than the one in SG. Still good to kill the urge for boba after a week spent in Margaret River with limited Asian food.
