After spending plenty of money over the years at this store after receiving good service in the past I today went to look at a new set of irons but after being in there for 15min + and everyone around me being asked if they needed help the staff would rather just stand behind the desk and chat or stand together in the showroom and Gasbag. Poor work effort and disappointing as some were older men who should know better. Off to the competitor around the corner

Placed an order for various golf clubs and equipment worth over $1700. Items were simply not delivered and I had to deal with Aaron from their sly and deceitful customer service team. They will not offer a refund as requested or deliver the missing items, instead they tell me to contact my home or contents insurer. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND SHOP ELSEWHERE

Got to give a shout out to Rick at this golf box branch. Absolute champion with customer service

Guys were very helpful with sorting out warranty issues even after the club manufacturer decided not to cover it.

Went in to get an adaptor key for my driver I'd bought the day before, one of the 'pros' decided to pick my driver up and take it apart, cracking it in the process. After almost a month of back and forth, with Golf Box Osborne Park refusing to take responsibility, repeatedly accusing me of lying, they said it's on me and there's nothing they can do.

Long story short if they break your personal property, after messing with it without asking you, they will then blame you and you will not be compensated - absolute joke of a place.

Customer service was good, but was disappointed to arrive at the golf club and find that it would have been significantly cheaper to buy the exact same products at the pro shop

Excellent customer service and top notch fitting job done by Brody. I highly recommend golfbox osborne park and Brody to anyone who's in the market for a new set of clubs.

Rushed home from work to buy 1 ferrule so I could hit my club tomorrow, was refused and told it is a business decision not to sell parts due to loss of business. OK ill reconsider where i buy my $270 golf shoes from next time, and the other hundreds more I've spent in the online store.

Normally I wouldn't go out of my way to write a negative review but this is the second time I've left this store feeling on the receiving end of condescending attitude.
A real shame as the lady that helped me buy my shoes was fantastic but the overwhelming majority of visits have been below par to be kind.

Very good experience, not pushy to a particular brand just helping find what club suits you. Tried several makes and shaft styles and ended up with a great set of clubs at a great price.

Bought a putter here for my Old Man. Amazing staff helped me find a great putter and gave awesome advice. I ended up with a relatively cheap option that was as good as the other more expensive putters. Would recommend if you have golf items you need to buy.

Generally a good experience at Golfbox, good sales, good service and easy parking. Would recommend.

Great service - Incredibly pleased. I purchased a set of golf clubs in-store on 11 October for a delivery by 13 October. Due to transport delay, the team at Golfbox made sure I had my clubs delivered to a charity golf event that I was playing in in time for the game. I’ve decided to take up golf again after not playing for many years. I went to Golfbox in Osborne Park WA to look at a full kit for my wife and myself to get back into golf. The staff here are very good at talking down to you and make you feel most unwelcome. I went around the corner to Drummond Golf and wow, what a difference, the staff took time to talk to me and point me in the right direction. I know who I’ll be dealing.

Condescending staff who don't care/won't give you fitting unless you spending 6k. Do yourself a favour and go Drummond

A good range of gear and very helpful staff. The (clearance) item I wanted was out of stock at Osborne Park, but they arranged for it to be delivered before Christmas at no cost. I'll go back.

Great selection of product. Easy parking. Generally best prices, though sometimes you need to ask what the best price actually is. Service generally friendly and helpful depending on who you're dealing with.

Staff are knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Especially Myles. Fitted me for my new clubs after having me test some on the course. Very patient and understanding of my game, & what would work for me. The new irons are awesome!
