Placed an order for various golf clubs and equipment worth over $1700. Items were simply not delivered and I had to deal with Aaron from their sly and deceitful customer service team. They will not offer a refund as requested or deliver the missing items, instead they tell me to contact my home or contents insurer. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND SHOP ELSEWHERE

What a great experience! Walked into the store and was greeted by Patrick. We spent a lot of time on the simulator, and with Patrick's knowledge of golf equipment, we found the best driver/shaft combination for me. I couldn't be happier with the results! Highly recommend!

I was a long time customer of the store but never bought any irons off them. So I wanted to change my irons. So I decided I will get them from the store. I went in to see Gavin or Josh but they weren’t there so I saw someone else served me. Anyway I told that I was a 2 flat and needed jumbo grips. Anyway this didn’t happen and when I did 2 range sessions I knew something wasn’t right. The grips were to thin and the lie angle was wrong. So I returned them and saw Gavin and they changed them to exactly what I wanted. You can’t ask for any better service than that. I did feel bad about returning them but they were superb and I couldn’t be more happier.

Dealt with Bronte on a few occasions now. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Her customer service skills are appalling.her phone manner is even worse.and her product knowledge is the worst I've ever seen. I believe when I asked her what's makes the new Titleist driver better than the last model her comment to myself was " well it's the new one so it's better"?

she should be working in a customer facing role or any role that deals with the public.

Hate it when the husband comes home annoyed, because yet another store would rather have a chat among staff than acknowledge a customer. Another lost sale from poor customer service.

Fantastic service. I can't believe how fast my order was delivered to Sydney (two days) when items I order in the same city take weeks almost. Item ordered is a Christmas present and I'm sure they will love it. A relief to know it has arrived in more than enough time. Thanks so much for the great ordering experience! I will certainly be ordering from Golfbox again!

I returned the 2019 P790 irons, that I purchased, as I want to buy the 2021 P790. GolfBox exceeded my expectations. The return took 2 days from NSW to WA.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, unfortunately a part I require for my trolley isn't available.

They didn't even offer to fit me for a driver or test out any clubs, the driver I bought wasn't cheap either. Wondering if I selected the best club for me now BUT I'm stuck with it: (should've went to drummond golf!

They were busy and took a while to get served. Not excessive.
Once served it was very good, knowledgeable service. Enjoyed the interaction with the staff member.

The blokes here are fantastic. My 3 year old son loves his golf. They sorted him out with a couple of clubs and went above and beyond. Will be back guys! Cheers.
