All the staff members are so welcoming and accommodating.
John is incredible Fixed all problems instantly and helped with info as well. It is something above and beyond expectations. Thankyou so much to everyone who helped to get the problem fixed.

Had a crown and some other work done and it was always A+ also got my mouth guard done there and its the first one i can run and breath

10/10 was a little anxious about getting a tooth pulled but it was pain free and all the staff were super friendly. No longer in any pain.

Recently bit the bullet and finally took myself to the dentist after 5 years. I tell you after the experience at GFD the time between visits will no longer be that long! The staff at GFD we so welcoming and accommodating, not a word to make me feel bad about leaving so long between visits, I felt supported for finally doing some self care.

I was also terrified of going through having a clean, remembering it like torture 5 years ago, but honestly it was way less painful, (the EMS was a breeze!) and if I don't leave it for so long to the next one, I know it will actually be painless!

Who knew going to the dentist could actually be so enjoyable. Shoutout to Truc for a great job and being lovely!

Had a temporary filling repaired by Sigourney this morning and would just like to say how lovely she was. She explained what she was doing every step of the way and it took all the nerves and anxiety out of it.

Everyone was so helpful and thorough when dealing with my family. It was professionall and the setup is fantastic.

I cannot thank the staff here enough for the most wonderful first dental experience for my 3 year old. I was really worried about him being compliant because of his stubborness and how he usually is at the doctor. I left with my mouth wide open in amazement! The childrens jungle themed waiting room made him feel very comfortable. Dr Sigourney took her time with him showing him all the equipment and got him to even lay on the chair without me! The dental nurse was also so kind. Then collette took him to the underwater themed teeth brushing room and was incredible, even getting him to use toothpaste which I always struggle with. Thank you all

This dental practice is fantastic. The staff are professional, lovely, friendly people. The practice itself is clean, nicely decorated and pleasant to be in, which would help with any patients who have dentist phobia. I have recommended this place to various people, its that great! Great job guys

All my life I have been pretrifide of the dentist. I would let a toothache become so bad where it would become infected and then rely on antibiotics.
Yesterday I went to GFD and what an amazing experience ot was. Emma and Dr Mat are exceptional.
The staff were so so friendly and put me at ease the best they could.
I got 3 teeth taken out yesterday, and I'm now talking about making an appt to get the rest of the work done on my the that are needed.
If anyone is afraid of the dentist like me, give GFD a go, you will be happy that you did.

Fantastic and professional service. So glad to have found skilled professionals in the Goldfields. Very thorough, understanding and just amazing service all round from the ladies in reception who went out of there way to help me problem solve to both the dentists that i saw. Amazing dental clinic very clean with playroom area to entertain the kids and most of all high technology equipments. Truc and Dr. Clem who look after me, all the staff were very friendly, gentle, very helpful, understanding, communicate perfectly and kept me comfortable throughout the session. Very informative they explain what you need to know and more. While I'm in session I can watch TV and I nearly fell asleep while I'm in session (that's how comfortable I am). The receptionist was very helpful, she always look after my baby girl while I'm in session. Would definitely 100% highly recommend the Goldfields Family Dental. Looking forward for my next sessions

Goldfields Family Dental have been absolutely wonderful. I contacted Alex last night at some ridiculous time, panicking thinking that I had broken my filling and she was able to offer me an emergency appointment today! Truc was fabulous as always! She provided the assurance I much needed and was on top of what needed to be done. Would highly recommend Goldfields Family Dental to anyone who is new to town or like myself, need a dentist who can keep me calm and composed.

Alex is very thorough and explains any treatment plans in detail, staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Truc is quite possibly the best dentist we’ve ever been to. She is absolutely fantastic with the kids (even the wiggliest, chattiest ones!) and always makes them feel comfortable and at ease. The tooth brushing room is such a brilliant addition and helps teach the children great brushing habits. Both children look forward to their visits with Truc.
