Yum cha here is excellent, tasty, fresh and fairly quick. It's gets 4.2 stars. Minus two stars for using thin plastic sheets disguised to look and feel like paper, this sheet is changed for every customer.how many thousands of sheets do they go through a year. Appalling. Reported to compliance WA for single use plastics.

No, it stretches in your hand.paper does not stretch like plastic. I bet when burnt, it would shrink. Also not like paper. In the first image I stretched it.just like thin plastic. Anyway, you customer can test it for themselves. I won't be coming back.

It's extremely rare for me to write a negative review, however our experience today was not good. The service was extremely poor. We were served when we arrived, which was fine but much of the food we ordered never arrived. What we did get, some was ok and some, I wouldn't eat again. We gave up waiting, paid for what we ate and left. I wouldn't go back or recommend to anybody.

Not bad to have a dim sum restaurant in Balcatta. They only have basic dim sums, nothing fancy but they have live crayfishes and barramundis in fish tank. Good location for this area. They use loose leaves tea which is good not tea bags. They also have cold Hong Kong style milk tea and lemon tea.

Went for dim sum.

Got delivered and they didn’t bring it all, called them to let know and was told there to busy to do anything about it

The dishes are all really affordable, with one of the largest ranges of fried dim sum I’ve seen.

Great Chinese food. The omelettes are amazing. My son and I order from here about once a week. We haven't eaten in the restaurant yet, but the food is definitely delicious and fresh.

It was OK if you like greasy food. I was expecting to be amazed by duck in the plum sauce for the price I paid. Otherwise I'd give 3stars

Amazing food and atmosphere! They've redone the places, painted the walls and changed the vibe completely. The star of our meal was definitely the soft shell crab! 100% recommend trying this place out

Great yum cha NOR - no need to drive to Northbridge! Generous, tasty portions and quick service.

Limited Dim Sum styles, most are steamed Dim Sum, and not too many choices but here has free parking.

Didn't really enjoy the yum cha but the companywas great. The pork siu mai was terrible, the shanghai dumplings were small and didn't have ginger or vinegar sauce to go with it, bbq pork buns lack filling. The lo mai koh could have more filling too. Overall not impressed with this restaurant.

Love this place. Staff are friendly, service is good and the food is really nice. Unlike some restaurants where the food is stodgy and overloaded with sugar coatings. You can order ahead for pickup or available with Uber Eats.

Poor service, food cold, price expensive. Rather drive 30 mins to northbridge for better dimsum.

We tried the dim sum here today. This review is just based on the dim sum. The dim sum here is quite good. The fried radish cake is especially fabulous. Crispy outside and soft inside. There is ample free parking outside. The bathrooms are very well maintained and clean.

Best satay beef and sweet & sour pork I've had in a long time. Great lunch deals. Always consistent and usually ready within 10 minutes.

Delicious WA food expertly cooked in Chinese cuisine style, with good service. Great value Chinese restaurant.
