Really fancied Chinese so placed an order online. Ordered special fried rice, chicken and cashews, seafood omelette and sweet and sour pork. Order was ready for us to pick up but that is where it all went downhill. Everything was overcooked, dry and with a strong burnt taste. I couldn't eat it and threw the leftovers in the bin. Order took an hour, ordered Tom yum noodle soup for $21 and got a gluggy soup not even worth the $8 on the menu. All in all for two meal paying $85 it was a total disappointment.

We have had a string of unfortunate experiences with this take away, most common is waiting forever for late orders, despite phoning ahead, followed by incorrect orders, simple mistakes many times and most recently we’ve ordered and $97 worth of food, and we had a surprise surcharge of $1.46 to pay by debit card. Listen up, almost all customers pay by card, businesses enjoy the reduced risks associated with cash. This business has failed to negotiate 0.7% fee, and instead are making their customers pay 1.5%. I feel that you should disclose this to customers when they are ordering, your remaining customers will appreciate you telling them. Then you try and offer free prawn crackers for being such a great customer and giving you bigger orders, we didn’t feel like we are appreciated as customers at all.

-2 stars for the string of errors & delays, -1 star for hidden charges for almost all customers.

I’m sorry, but for us that is the last straw, we like your food, we like the MSG taste, but we are now done.

Please update us if you fix this error as we will be back but only then, maybe do some advertising to win back your old customers

The food was amazing, workers were really nice, would eat here again and recommend to a friend!

Was rubbish
Sweet and sour pork had no veges and tough as a door stop
Satay veges had no peanuts. Was just slop
Mongolian beef was similar to chewing my sock.

Starting with the chicken and sweet corn, it was that sweet that I thought I was eating sweets, yuck! The special fried rice was tasteless and the black pepper chicken was the same. Where have their taste buds gone? This really should be a 0/5 stars review.

Purchased yesterday Sesame Chicken very disappointed all tiny little bits that were more batter than chicken so not worth the money and could not even taste it

I had a great time at the golden dragon restaurant and was treated like royalty all the staff were all so friendly and inviting especially the girl who served us tonight (i don’t know her name but she was tall) and not to mention the food was amazing and delicious! Thank you

I've ordered from Golden Dragon and the food has been ok but my last order was Special Fried Rice, Szechuan Chicken, a Squid Dish and Fried Wantons. They ran out of Wantons and called me to tell me and said I could order something else for the same value. They didn't have anything else for the same value so I suggested spring rolls. They said I could pay the extra dollar for them, not comp me the extra $1 for the inconvenience. I requested a refund instead. I also was very disappointed in the lack of chicken in the Szechuan chicken which was mostly cabbage and onion. I was lucky to get 5 pieces of chicken out it. They've a lost a customer in me.

I have been a regular customer for over 2 years and every time I’m never let down. The service is excellent, I like the satay beef and the honey chicken are so delicious. Recommend for a nice fast and cheap meal.

Words cannot express! We ordered dinner for my family party and the food was delicious. The staff were very friendly and give them a thumbs up. Definitely recommend this place and will come back to try more dishes!

After an unfortunate issue with our usual Chinese restaurant, I called to ask if they were accepting orders. Complete fluke! So glad we ordered from.this place! Everything we ordered was amazing. My husband who doesn't usually enjoy spice LIVED the ribs. Perfect balance of sweet and spice and didn't over power the rest of the food. The fried rice is simple but delicious. We will be using this as our regular Chinese restaurant!

This is our preferred restaurant since we moved to the area a year ago. This is a great place with friendly service. The portion of honey chicken is huge. Highly recommend for this place.

Ordered 3 dishes 3/4's of all containers were rice what a joke might aswell of just ordered 3 fried rice dishes also family member spewed because of one of them so 100% will never be going back there again

A wonderful restaurant! We are regular restaurant goers and this has fabulous food, generous and well-priced. I have tried almost every dish and each one has excelled my expectation for this price and service. The staff are exceedingly friendly very attentive and provide an excellent service. Will happily visit again.
