Food it good, service could be better. It’s a busy store and I see the staff frustrated at customers and unhappy to serve them when it’s their job?

Ordered a sausage roll and quiche. The pastries are lukewarm and too salty. Did not finish them

Wide selection of bakery products, including pies and cakes. There is a sandwich bar with a great choice of fillings. Reasonably priced and friendly service.

Got the the best pie here! A very fine selection on offer. Golden pastry. Centrally-located. Very close to the Perth station. Amazing!

Awesomeness sandwiches the best I've had in a long time only tried 1 so going back to try the others

The service could be better
The lady literally abused me when she could not understand my English. Literally left me waiting for few minutes with an arrogant attitude and complained loudly in a language I do not understand. Disappointed with the poor service towards a regular.
Would have to stop our corporate catering going forward.

Had no idea what we have done to deserved such a rude treatment from cashier. I asked very politely to pack the pies in two separate bags, that somehow triggered an aggressive reactions.
The lady faced the other direction after gave me the food, waited several minutes thinking she would hand me the electronic device for payment but I was ignored with silence treatment, only to realise the device was ready this whole time but she chose not to push the machine closer to us. I had to tip toe to make the payment. The next customer looked at me and we both wondered what’s going on.
Truly disappointed with the childish and unprofessional treatments.

Best pies, sausage rolls and pasties for the price. Good variety and hamburger is good as well.

Disgusting pie, full of gristle and mostly over salted gravy, and leaves a slimy feeling in your mouth. Gross

Everything looks golden and smells delicious but I was only doing a courier pick up there so it wasn't mine to taste

Quick service and the orders in front of me were quite large (boxes). Had the beef & mushroom, was wonderful and hard to remember a better pie.
Will be back for more and to try other flavours.

My day starts with bread and ends with bread and too get it at a reasonable price, made me speechless

I went here for first time this week. I asked the Vietamese woman behind counter if the chips had PLAIN SALT. She rudely snapped back at me and said yes 'its plain salt". It turned out the so called plain salt was full of added chemicals. I felt queasy all night from the chips. Very unhappy experience here and i am glad I did not buy any of the baked food.

Really enjoyed the pies here, but what everyone is saying about the service is true. They are pretty rude and impatient with customers.

I will never be coming here again. First, I got very sick from the food here; I belive they are using a lot of MSG or other additives. Secondly, the old Asian woman behind counter is rude and curt.

They food is lovely, and would recommend the food however the service is one of the worst I’ve ever had. The lady in particular is blunt and pushy, on the phone she will hang up on you and in person It isn’t much better. It is a great bakery and it’s worth trying the food just be prepared for poor customer service.

Absolutely everything to come out of this bakery is amazing. Is a go to for some of our catering needs as well - awesome service, prices and 10/10 food!

Best meat pies by far that I had while in Australia. Service is fast, prices are great, and food is tasty. Only thing is that there's nowhere to sit.
