Caroline is so beautiful! Very professional and ensures you get the look you are after, she is very informative about caring for your lashes and explaining the steps she does. Felt very comfortable in her lash room and her doggos are the cutest!? And i am obsessed with my classic lashes. Definitely coming back every time i’m in Perth! Xx

Caroline is incredible. An absolute professional. I felt welcomed the moment I stepped into her beautiful, calming space, and was so relaxed during my appointment that I almost fell asleep! She worked quickly and was so gentle. My lashes look amazing, I am so happy with the end result. Lash Lab Ltd is amazing with her work! She is so friendly and accommodating, and asks questions about the extensions you want to whilst providing professional advice regarding what would be suitable to your own lashes. The environment is wonderful and comfortable.

Caroline goes above and beyond for her clients! I first went to her salon a week ago and had a 5D set, a left happy and likely to return in future. Caroline messaged me that afternoon and asked me how I felt about the lashes and suggested that another style would be a better option for me, she then offered to completely redo my lashes free of charge so that I could have the best lashes for me. This gave up time with another potential client just so I felt as though I had the best service possible. Caroline’s attention to detail and skill makes her a one of a kind lash tech! I couldn’t recommend her more and I will definitely be returning xx

It was my first time getting my lashes done but it was one of the best experiences that I’ve ever had! I was a little nervous because it was my first time, but Caroline explained everything really well and clearly and told me tips to take care of my lashes and keep them looking nice for longer. The lashes themselves were actually AMAZING I fell in love with them straight away!
