This store doesn’t even deserve one star we went to enquire the price for vaccum cleaner and the guy said he is the owner of this place and best then all the other godfreys and can beat the price. This guy with an accent was very pushy and He called me on number and abused
If you’re going there to buy something please beware if you don’t buy anything from this place he will aggressive and abusive

Very rude manager I asked for a product he said only show room model left unboxed would only sell for advertised price said so sue me and hung up wouldnt offer a discount as was unboxed
Purchased an item and having only used it twice for the pet hair removal tool, the rubber teeth started to break off. I went to the store for a replacement, not even a refund, and was told that I had to get in touch with the company directly to get either a repair, replacement or a refund. Despite pointing out my basic consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law, the owner point blank refused and said in that case I need to take it to court. I explained that the consumer law wasn’t put in place for such a thing, and that because I purchased it from him, his obligation under the Australian Consumer Law was to repair, replace or refund. Again, he point blank refused saying that’s not how the ACCC works. Despite reading to him his obligations under the Australian Consumer Law, he refused to do anything and told me to get in touch with the company directly. Will not but anything from this store again. Absolutely appalling customer service.
I had went into this shop a few months ago to buy a belt for my vacuum cleaner. There were none in stock, so the man working there (I think the owner), ordered one for me from Melbourne. I asked him if he would call to let me know when it arrived, his reply was that I had my receipt with my order number, so it was my responsibility to call them, that way if anything went wrong, it wouldn't be his fault! So rude. And when I went in to pick it up, it was sitting on a box at the back of the store. His wife (I think), helped me, but she had to verify with him that she could give it to me! (She was nice btw) No trouble to tell who's the boss. I don't know how his wife puts up with him. I would gladly drive an hour across town to another Godfrey s just to avoid him.
I'm thoroughly impressed with the friendly staff but most of all on the service that was done on my 12 year old pull along Dyson vacuum cleaner that was barely working. It came back in immaculate condition and works as if new. It was hard to pull along but now it glides beautifully. An excellent job for such a reasonable price. I have no hesitation in recommending this business. I'm a very happy customer.
Took a faulty Robotic Vacuum cleaner to be repaired at Godfreys in Midland. The problem was a dirty filter. The gentlemen was friendly and helpful and did not charge me. Exceptional customer service
We needed a new vacuum cleaner to deal with the pet hair.
From the time we walked into the store we were taken care of.
The owner of the business was extremely knowledgeable about the products and spent a great deal of time explaining and displaying the difference of the vacuum cleaners to us.
We walked away with a new vacuum cleaner which I put to work as soon as we got home and was very very happy with the results.
We highly recommend a visit if your looking for a new vacuum cleaner.

My click and collect purchase was ready very promptly and in store I was served by the owners who were really friendly and helpful. Had a lovely little chat with the lady while she carried my new vaccuum to my car for me. Great customer service. I will definitely shop with them again in future for anything vaccuum related.
My daughter bought a hoover steam cleaner for $200 on my behalf
I didn't open it straight away but diligently read the instructions - who knew not to use an extension cord! And ofcourse the warning about not putting anything but the real product in the particular container - searched the box - no product - when I rang to suggest that perhaps that could have been included i was told quite rudely 'ofcourse we don't include the product' - at the very least, could the salesman have mentioned the fact at the time of sale -
will seek other shops - better service - kinder attendants in future
