New owners of a good 2 years now and same good service I was happy to pop back in to get my new Henry Vaccum cleaner here. Great vaccum cleaner I have been a house cleaner for 21 1/2 years and had to up date my old one as it had enough after a very longtime. I m always happy to come back to this business There’s other vacuums and bits n bobs that you might need also.

Although they couldn't find what I needed they did their absolute best. Those two ladies are a credit to your business.

I went to the Kelmscott store yesterday to have my Wortheim vacuum serviced.
The young woman there was very helpful. I am not sure of her name.
In fact she was amazing!
She introduced me to the Wortheim Evolution Max.
I assembled it this morning and used it.
OMG!
It gets my stamp of approval.
I purchased my first Wortheim Cleaner you almost 17 years ago and would not buy any other brand.
I just want to say thanks. I am always impressed with your store and service.you

My first visit to this store as I required a replacement vacuum cleaner.the sales rep NORMA greeted me with a smile and proceeded to explain and demonstrate the model I was after.nothing too hard there and I left feeling happy with my purchase feeling well looked after cheers see my photos

Great customer service and friendly staff, always have what I need in stock and prices are v competitive.

Rang up and ashed questions about how to fix a hose on a Vax. Norma was pleasant and informative. Replacement parts were a good price. I'm glad that I shopped local.

This store is not user friendly because it's not open late on Thursdays, not open Sundays, closes at 4: 30 on Saturdays and closes at 5pm during the week.

Very friendly staff love the new store. The product I bought this morning to clean my grout with the special brush is brilliant. Thanks I probably won't be back for the $1700 machine lol. $50 well spent. I wish I had done a before and after photo.
