The sales lady was polite and answered all of our questions. Before she served me she attended to other customers in a polite and courteous manner. Great service and the manager was the same.

Couldn't have been more helpful, offering options and explanations of the equipment.
Polite, friendly and attentive.
Also patient enough to wait for me to do my own homework.
Happy with my purchase.

Was helped by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff member, Mason. Went in looking for a cordless and left with the best vacuum I’ve ever owned! It sucked up more dog and cat hair, dust and dirt than I thought could even be in 1 room. For how much it cost it was very much worth it deserves a promotion 5 stars for service would definitely recommend anyone to go to him!

I sent my daughter here because the website said store was open till 5. I’ve always found Godfrey to be helpful so was disappointed when she rang me at 4.40 to say the guy was locking up. Left her in the rain while he explained he couldnt help her. Pretty average when she has 3 children 3 and under and had to move mountains to get there before closing. She even tried to ring ahead but it rang out first time and he hung up second call. To think I was going to go back tomorrow to buy a new and expensive vacuum. Will be taking business elsewhere.

Terrible customer service I received by a south african guy.
He attended to me when I entered the store, then told me to 'hold on', then he went and served another customer, did a purchase with the customer, while I stood there waiting for a lengthy amount of time, till someone else (more experienced it seems) served me.
I had to go home to get my old vacuum cleaner bag, I came back, and the same thing happened. He attended to me, told me to 'hang on', and two seconds later served a lady that was queueing up behind me, attended to her full query. I was left waiting again.
It seemed like he was avoiding serving me.

I would give this place a negative rating if I could. Highly recommend people take their business elsewhere. We dealt with the owner and he was appalling. The customer service was atrocious and he was extremely rude. We have never experienced such poor service ever. I’ve read other reviews on the owner and his appalling behaviour seems to be a regular occurrence. Definitely recommend shopping elsewhere!

Terrible attitude. Keen to knock off and consequently refused to serve my mother as it was 15 mins before closing time. The person attending to the shop had to do the till and clean the shop. Why would anyone attend this shop given customer service is not their priority? When challenged on that front he told my mother to go elsewhere if she wasn’t prepared to wait until the next day

The owner of the store was great, provided good advice and didn't pressure me to spend over my budget. I travelled to this store as I find the service of my local Success store to be sub-par, as they push you to spend more. The Booragoon store was totally different and I'd happily go back.

Dan and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable when helping me select my new vacuum would be happy to shop there again.
They gave good advice and really know their products.

Been to this place once for a vacuum cleaner, the guy behind the counter was the owner of that shop I believe. He was very rude, arrogant and totally helpful person. My wife and I never seen a business man like that. Hope this info will help some others. Where us we went to Canning Vale one had brilliant service from the people were at that shop. Especially the owner of that shop was polite, friendly and had patient for customers. He treats us with respect.

I love this shop! There are things in here I didnt realise existed! The staff are fabulous and can't recommend them highly enough. Things I have purchased included vorwerk robot, sauber cleaner and have had my vorwerk vacuum cleaner serviced through them. Top service!

I've had a fantastic experience at Godfreys, Booragoon. Went there Friday with my 4 year old Electolux vac.which was repeatedly seizing up after about 2 minutes use. Dan (owner/manager) and assistant, Sean were so helpful. Dan detected the problem as a worn out inner filter and replaced it. Back home it was still seizing up so took it straight back. I left it there and by Monday, Dan phoned to say he'd thoroughly tested it and fixed the problem.
Both Dan & Sean were so courteous, obliging and helpful. They treat a customer as a very important person.

Very pushy staff. Ended up coming out with something that we didn't really want. First and last time as won't be going back to any of these stores.

Went into store with a broken wheel on my vacuum cleaner and the young girl Jess fixed it on the spot. Her manager came over as well and help me with a new head for my machine as well.thank you for your help i love my vacuum again

Went in after having problems dealing with staff at godfreys in Bunbury and within minutes my problem was solved and I walked out with a smile. Great knowledgeable staff. Definitely recommend.

By far the best Godfrey's in Perth - the service is impeccable, Dan the owner/manager is an absolute pleasure to do business with. Many managers and owners of business's could take a leaf out of this young man's book in customer service and the amazing thing about Dan he's the same day in and day out. Always got a smile on his face and no matter what you need repaired or to purchase it's just never an issue. Well done Dan keep up the good work!
