I have been coming here for years. They have an amazing array of products and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Don't even bother going here for over priced items and completely wrong advice just so they can get a sale. Go straight to Woolies, Coles, or order online. I wanted sugar free chocolate for my cheesecake recipe. The lady sells me raw cacao butter & says it's the same thing. It melted to watery liquid & tasted horrible. I can't use this! I wanted to make a cheesecake not make chocolate. What a joke! Who does that to someone who's already exhausted? GoVita at the Forum Bunbury does. What am I supposed to do with this stuff now? What a waste of money. I'm so angry.

I think this store needs to be taught some customer service skills very rude and treat you like you are taking up there valuable time

I love it there. One of the better healthfood stores I've been to. Lots of variety plus it's cozy.

If I want to purchase a pacifier for my son I should be able to do so without the Mum shaming from your sales assistant. Left feeling humiliated and upset. This will be the last time I return to your store and will be telling others about my negative experience.

Well this is my second time attending this okay place. It is very inviting and smells quite divine. I would recommend going here if you like natural stuff. But a downfall of this shop is the samples supplied at the front of the store, it’s always a kick in the gut to my self esteem

Small-ish shop but has a really good range of healthier lip balms.
