11I asked for a product today and received a haughty reply. Very unhelpful. Very unnecessary. On days with other staff, I’ve had good service.
Surprised to see some of the comments on here. I have found all the staff (I have always been served by the ladies) more then friendly, they are often naturopaths and are very knowledgable and offer great advice. I go out of my way to go to this store!
Disgusting – avoid the old grumpy man. Shopped here today and was receiving great customer service from one of the ladies, then the older man told her to go to the tills (obviously collecting money is more important than helping customers!), he did not continue to help he walked off, this has happened multiple times before. I have been in other times as well & this man only wants to sell you his own brand, nutrivital.always pushes for you to buy, telling you its the best. He also speaks to his staff very rudely. Apart from that it is great shop with great products, love the turmeric lattes in café.
Staff are very rude, they are not approachable at all and prices are a lot more expensive then most health food stores. The older bloke, maybe the owner, not sure, is very aggressive and grumpy and attempts to sell you his own brand. He claims he is a pharmacist and attempts to give you false medical advice. He speaks to his staff who comprise of women like they are his slaves and maybe that's why they are so rude to customers.
Rude staff and expired products. Always check the expiration date they sell expired goods. Never returning.
Love this store & love the items. They have great range of alternative products; organic/vegan/allergy friendly food, hair and body care, medicines, hygiene items, baby wear etc. It is a little pricey but is to be expected due to the nature and the quality of products. Most of the staff are very helpful, sometimes they aren't sure of certain products but great overall.
Cafe is also darn delicious. My favourite are their frothy coconut cappuccinos!

The monthly 20% off Super Tuesday promotion is a good time to stock up on Dr Bronner Castile soap and Bragg apple cider vinegar and nutritional yeast.
Nope. I asked a staff member if they had any vegan meat substitutes and was told "I don't know. Try looking in the fridge. " That's fine, she was clearly preoccupied. So I looked, and ended up buying 3 items totaling $40. Turns out it wasn't a fridge, but a freezer. The coconut spread had irrecoverable frost-burn. The consistency was described as "buttery" on the packet, but it needed to be CHIPPED out of the container with a sharp knife, even after thawing. I soon discovered the sausages had also been frozen and had minor frost problems. When I looked at their use-by date, I discovered they were expired.by more than a month! This prompted me to check the use-by date on the mushroom-based deli slices I had also bought - which were expired by nearly two months. Who knows how long the coconut spread had been expired, as I had already thrown it out. I'm sorry, but you call yourself a health food store? That's a joke. I won't be going back.
Cordelia is an amazing member of your staff! I LOVE her bubbly nature, positive spirit and a genuine desire to help. She is the epitome of excellent service. Well done, Cordelia! You are a legend!
This shop has grown. A huge range of health foods and supplements. Now also includes a small cafe with organic coffee and healthy treats.
