We've been building with Go Homes since November 2020. It's been 20+ months and they still didn’t start the brick layup. All the other houses in our estate were registered at the same time and completed within 8-12 months, whereas we're still waiting. Building our first home with Go Homes has been a mentally distressing, financially draining (i.e, paying 20+ months of rent/loan), fearful, anxious and bitter experience. We hope no one else will go through what we're going through for nearly 2 years.

Signed Contract in Nov 2020. Slab down April 2021. Nominated own Brickie then they passed me more cost however delays were caused by the Builder. They also applied Extension of time to my initial 300 days Contract and forward it to 472 days which would be over 2 years. It took over 5 months to pass through the roof stage. Now stuck at Plasterer stage their claim is material and Labour shortage they signed thousands of contracts purposely during COVID in 2020 and now passing on everything to the clients. As the WA biggest builder they have been failed badly due to their pure greed and now pushing Hundreds of clients to go Bankrupt. I won't recommend even my enemy to build through BGC Companies.

Thank you for your reply. I hope Senior Management is someone other than Grant B who has been quite unhelpful.

I’m building a house with Go Homes. There have been numerous errors caused by planning and construction which have caused over three months of delays:
1. When I moved the manhole, they removed the bank of drawers in my island bench. I didn’t notice till I had a meeting with the supervisor and pointed it out.
2. Didn’t read the plans and plastered over the shelf recess above the fridge - waited 2 months to come back and repair.
3. When the interior walls (gtech plasterboard) were installed, they didn’t finish the master bedroom - waited 3 months to repair.
4. Brick paver laid 27 bricks in driveway and left. Waited 2 months for them to return and finish the driveway.
5. Supervisor misread the plans and told the brick paver not to pave the alfresco despite the bricks already being delivered.
The completion date has been moved from mid-November 2021 to 17 February 2022 to 3 March 2022 and now they won’t even give me an end date.

As requested out job number is 51838

Our experience started well. Rob and jo was amazing and really helped us with what we wanted and took the stress out of it, but unfortunately that's where it ends. I get a lot of people are in the same situation as us and the industry is not as its best but we are becoming very frustrated and angry and even upset about the lack of progress and the fact no body cares, avoids answers to any questions we ask.
We signed contacts December 2020, had our pre-start Feb. 2021, signed our final plans April 2021, and our slab finally went down 9th August 2021. Since then nothing. All we get it your on a list for a brickie, yes we understand that but you must have a idea of how long its going to be, how many people are in front of us etc.
The excitement has gone, never thought we would be able to build a house and now wish we hadn't. My children cant move schools until its built, which the older they get the harder it will be.
We are gaining a $1000 interest per month which is going to make our re-payments so much more expensive we will probably struggle.
We know people who are building north with go homes who slabs went down after ours who's house are now at lock up stage, and have friends who are building with other companies who don't seem to have an issue finding brickies. Its really not fair, especially keeping people in the dark. We actually thought we would be in our new home for Christmas 2020 but to be honest Christmas 2023 might be more like it.
If you could handle all the work, you should of stopped selling house like other companies did!

Good dreams given on the beginning until signed the contract with the initial deposit, deposit done 09/09/2020, contract signed 21/12/2020, Prestatrt done 26/03/2021
then started all to be slow down, that’s where the upset and frustration started. And meanwhile added $7000 price increase, and sales person left the company.slab done 20/12/2021 but almost 3 months not even delivered the bricks yet.
Such a big company but no proper schedule at all.when ask the next stage dates, the answer is “not scheduled, will let you know once scheduled”
Meanwhile two times rent increased, interest gone up.
But from builder no actions,
Meanwhile small builders complete their homes within 7-12 months, and seems no brickies issues at all.
Left with no excitements, only with frustration.
IF YOU CANNOT COMPLETE YOUR EXISTING HOUSES DONT SIGN NEW HOUSES UNTIL COMPLETE THE EXISTING HOUSES.

Its my first time building in WA and I was looking for a builder with good reputation and I can trust. Luckily I came across Adam Delpero from Go Homes.

I discussed with him our investment plans and he provided home designs that fit our requirement. He was sincere and very transparent. He gave valuable input along the process.

Will not hesitate to recommend Adam for those looking to build a property in W. A. We are waiting for our site start but so far Go Homes is off to a good start. Thanks to Adam!

Adam was amazing from the very first phone call. Always quick to respond and helpful, he made the whole process less stressful. Professional and patient I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to build.

Our Sales Agent has been nothing but excellent, thankyou DG! I would advise anyone moving forward to ensure that your Pre-Works Agreement is 100% accurate against the conversations you have with sales. Once you move on, you're dealing with a Contract Admin who has zero knowledge of your experience with a sales agent and will only hold to anything in the company records. Discrepancies in verbal agreement to PWA to Pre-start required several long email trails and phone conversations. This review will be edited on completion of the build process. Hopefully there are no more experiences like that to come.

My family and I are in the process of building our first home! And Jatin Pithia (JT) has been nothing but the best! He’s communication with my partner and I is on point. He is very informative when it comes to your building plans, great at explaining measurements so you get a better idea of what your looking at. He’s always happy and comfortable with answering all our questions and queries that we fire at him. He’s an all round good fala to be honest! Glad to have JT on board with our building process.

We've just started our journey with GO homes and had a lot of questions. Tallal was very responsive in answering all our questions - even after hours, weekend and on public holidays. Great service so far. Hope that this standard will be kept up throughout our build.

I built with go homes and will definitely say their post delivery service is the WORST! I have been going back and forth with them for almost 9 months now about my front door not being able to be opened from inside and until today I still cannot open my front door! How ridiculous is this. The maintenance person has been multiple times and keeps saying yes yes we'll fix this for you but nothing has been done. Imagine living in a house where you cannot open your own front door for almost a year. Really disappointed and will definitely never build with BGC again.

I have been introduced Puneet from Go Homes by one of our mutual friends. Puneet has been very helpful from the day dot. He is Professional, honest and responsive. Not like other builders I have experienced prior to meeting him.
I am on my way to build my dream home with Go Homes. If anyone wants or looking to build a house Puneet is your go to person. I am and will be spreading my words for his professionalism

Thanks Puneet for all your help

I am currently in the process of building with GO Homes, specifically with Peter Taplin and his team, and they have been absolutely outstanding! As a first-home builder, the whole team has been incredibly clear and transparent about the process, and has made it much more accessible. The inclusions with my current house plan are beyond my expectations, as are their willingness to accomodate any changes that I have needed throughout. I can't recommend them enough ️

My hubby and I are building our first home and from day one, David Gianoncelli has been great. He has been very patient to explain everything to us (newbies at building a house), he always finds time in his calendar to follow up throughout the process and he has always kept his promises.

We are about to finish pre construction stage and we did have a couple of minor issues (which explains my 4 star reviews for Go Homes), but David was was extremely helpful at getting everything sorted in a timely manner.

I trust we will continue to have a great experience with Go Homes during construction stage. We can't wait to see our dream house built.

Being a first home buyer we had so many questions on mind, glad we met Jatin who made overall journey much exciting and comfortable for us.
Jatin did explained all minor details, procedures and worked with our priorities to see that we get maximum benefits from our house and land package.
He is always available in person or over the phone/emails to help you with your concern. If you need peace of mind, I would highly recommend to get in touch with Jatin:)

I am building my first home with Go Homes and Jatin Phatia is the man i can not recomend him enough. I am lucky enough to have a good consultant like Jatin who got me everything as per my wish at a good price.
From the very start Jatin was very professional, very knowledgeable and very patient and the best thing we never felt pushed into siging up.
I would highly recomend any one looking to build a home to use Jatin as their sales consultant

I am currently at the start of the construction phase for my new home and have had a good experience with Go Homes up to this point. It has been a fairly slow process, but that's understandable as it's a busy time for the construction industry.

My sales consultant, David Gianoncelli, went above and beyond to ensure that my plans were completed on time and within budget. Being a first home buyer on a strict budget this was very important to me. David was understanding of my circumstances and worked with me to achieve my goals. David was dilligent and friendly and was able to promptly assist me with any queries or concerns that I had. It's refreshing to find a sales consultant who understands your needs and is not pushy. David is very hard working and professional and I would recommend him to anyone looking to build a new home.

Go Homes inclusions and value for money seem to stand out amongst its competitors.
Looking forward to seeing my new home and hopefully the construction phase goes smoothly.
