Gloss Lash Lounge Mandurah

I have been coming to gloss lash lounge for over a year now for my hybrid lashes and more recently my brows. They always provide exceptional services no matter who provides my treatment (shout out to Lauren who always does such a fabulous job every time) Would recommend!

Really happy with my lashes. Keep coming back because I always have such a positive experience. Lash retention is great, and I never have sore eyes after leaving, which I’ve struggled with before. Loving the style too. Staff are really lovely too, such a nice little space.:)

She’s a wonderful person and very professional and friendly too. My daughter and I have been going here for a bit now and won’t go anywhere else. Love you girls and highly recommend xxx

My very first time using Gloss Lash Lounge and I loved it, I’ve taken my sister there who is here on holiday and the country she is came from don’t forget lash extensions so she was extremely happy and felt even prettier!

Will definitely be letting my daughter know to come here as well!

Exceptional service. I had a full set of volume lashes done and I couldn't be more happier.
Everywhere else I have been, my lashes had began to fall out the next day. My lashes look and feel incredible. I will definitely be booking again.

I got my lashes done at Gloss lash lounge on Friday, come Saturday they began to fall out. Messaged them on Monday evening to inform them and was asked to come in for them to be checked and refilled on the Tuesday. Come Wednesday (the next day) they again began falling out. I messaged the page again and asked for a refund and was told no. She offered for me to come back in and have them redone but I declined as I didn’t want to waist mine or her time only for it to possibly happen again. She has flat out refused to provide me with a refund of any amount. Highly unprofessional in my opinion.

I have had my lashes done here countless times and always so happy with them. Especially my lash extensions by Kandice and lash lift/tint by Sarah. The studio is so lovely and relaxing and even smells AMAZING. Special shout out for the electric blankets on the beds during winter

Gloss Lash Lounge, not only has the best staff all round, they also are absolutely amazing at every service they provide. This is the only place I have ever gone for my lashes, and I wouldn’t even consider doing anywhere else. As soon as you walk in, it’s relaxing, it’s welcoming, and everybody is always smiling. Also it smells amazing in there haha. Can definitely say, I not only have the best lash tech but also a good friend!

I’ve been seeing Kim for years now and I don’t think I could go anywhere else. Not only is her work beautiful and professional, she takes great care in finding the perfect lash length for you to maintain strong and healthy lashes. Also her reputation precedes her: Let me explain. I often get compliments on my lashes, but today was the first time I have had to comment on someone else’s lashes, because even though it is was time for her to get them refilled, they looked so pretty and healthy. As it happens she is also a client of Kim’s. I should not have been surprised. So if you’re looking for someone who is professional, will take all measures to maintain eyelash health and does a superior job, then you’ve found your girl.
