Gloria Jean's Coffees

I always order the timtam chiller and love it. But recently it has a stronger caramel taste. Is this permanent? Hope it changes back to the original taste.

What a great store. The staff were so happy and accommodating. I enjoyed a ham cheese tomato sandwich and it was the best one I have bought in years! Thanks guys

The lady taking orders at the drive-thru window this morning was the most kind and lovely person. The coffee is great; the service is exceptional! This Gloria Jean's is a little out of my way so I only usually go to it when taking my dog to Garvey Park. They have given her a dog treat every time and she loves it. After this ladies kindness this morning I am inclined to drive out of my way to get coffee from here.

Coffee is consistently great here. All the staff are super friendly and efficient. Great for a good sandwich and coffee. Highly recommended

This is a fantastic place.
Coffee is excellent, service is amazing from very friendly and helpful staff.
Drive thru can look busy at peak times (because it is) but still moves through at a good pace.

Just got the coffee and lady were looking really frustrated not even smile on her face she just made the coffee and put on the counter without saying anything that your coffee is ready

Best staff, best service, best coffee ever. Have never had a bad experience or bad coffee from here. Fav coffee in Perth by far!

I love this place! The staff are absolutely amazing always helpful and so so fast. I use to go everyday but I moved away ; (but I make sure a visit whenever I’m in town

Love this place! The employees that do the early shift during the week are amazing! Always so happy, sweet and inviting plus nothing is a problem for them to sort or do for you. They really make my day and the coffee is always consistently great.

I really should have acted on the early warning signs. Took several minutes just for anyone to come to the mic at the drive-thru - I was just about to reverse out when someone finally responded.
I simply ordered a pie.
It was somewhere between 10 and 15 minutes just to get that pie.
And it was soft and falling apart. Clearly just slammed in the microwave.
I won't be back.

Everytime I come here I leave with a smile. All of the staff are super friendly and it makes such a difference to the start of my day.

Amazing service & food! The lady who served me at the speaker & when paying was incredibly sweet & had such a positive attitude! I usually have the chillers but she told me that the shakes come with ice cream so now I’m even more obsessed! Definitely put a smile on my face & set me up for the day!

Was very happy with my previous experience here @Ascot, but today a boy made a hot chocolate with absolutely nothing other than milk in it with no choc and my favourite Irish coffee was served as an ordinary cappuccino. Absolutely pathetic. I wont be coming here again. One bad experience from a staff and thats all it takes to take a loyal customer away.

Best customer service everytime.always smiling through the intercom drive through and the food is yummy and coffee is on point. Drive through quick never waiting too long. Dinning is also good but good for short visit and on quiet days bit small and can be busy.

Awesome coffee and awesome staff. Had a bit variety of food inside. Nice little small cafe for a catch up. Highly recommend.

Absolutely disgusting. I tried their strawberry tart and I can say that it was the worst I’ve ever tasted in my life. You could throw it at a wall and it will still stay in one piece. Will never go again

Been here a few times in drive through and always fantastic friendly service and great food and coffee. Highly recommend.

Cannot beat the coldbrew soft serve and toasted paninis (available on GF). Chips are always hot. The ladies here are always super nice.
