Food was terrible - ordered sourdough with runny poached eggs and was given a dry piece of white bread with rock hard eggs.
Spare yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere

Average coffee & Average Scones cream n jam, I've had much better. Scones tasted quite bland & jam came in take away packets, Presentation would've been nicer if served in a small bowl just like the cream was.
Coffee arrived but they forgot my scones, eventually they arrived just as I was about to ask.
Friendly enough customer service but when I asked if they had a coffee loyalty program she replied I would have to go online. I asked for a card to stamp my coffee loyalty but they'd run out, it didn't seem important to her, my loyalty that is.

Coffee didn't taste like any coffee was present in the cup. Barista was on her phone the whole time making the coffee so not really surprised why it was terrible.

The front lady is very kind and heartwarming! And the voltage chiller they have is the best ice coffee I’ve ever tasted. Thumbs up for the hospitality. Definitely will come back!

The staff in this store are so friendly & lovely. I went in Sunday morning and the barista was so chatty and nice, they didn’t have the toasted sandwich I want which was ok by me however they offered to make it fresh for me!

Usually have the Vanilla Chiller (YUM) but had the Voltage Chiller today! Even yummier!
Excellent service and lovely chat with the staff!

Don't order the coffee. It was a joke. Boiling hot, and barely coffee flavoured. The mocha powder sprinkled on top tasted cheap and crunchy. Are the staff trained barista's? I thought Gloria Jean's was a professional cafe. Never going there again. Unsmiling and unwelcoming staff should have been a warning.

Please beware! The WORST & RUDEST customer service I’ve ever seen - ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING

It was a very hot day last week. I visited Gloria Jeans Coffees Innaloo to get a chilled coffee as I was very thirsty and needed to relax after a busy day.

I went inside to order.

There were two staff members working there - one was middle aged short Asian lady, and the other was an Indian or Northern African looking, skinny young girl with long wavy hair.
The conversation I had with the Asian lady at the casher was just like:
“Can I get a regular crème brulee espresso chiller please? ” -  “Sure - $7.70 please”.

That was all. Simple and easy…. It should have been!
The pic on the wall was showing a nice icy frosty espresso, topped with whipped cream and more caramel cream.

After a few mins, the skinny girl called me as my order was ready – and what I got was just an icy frosty espresso - NO topping at all.
I took it to my table but I felt strange, as it didn’t look like the menu pic at all.
I went back to the counter and the young girl came out rather quite annoyed -  ‘what’s wrong? ’
I said ‘there should be a cream on the top according to the picture’.

The girl replied something like I had ordered it without (that wasn’t true!) and that’s why she didn’t put the cream topping.
Was it my fault?
She added the cream, then passed it on to me with a very annoyed face.

I then looked around to find a spoon. The café had quite a few unclean tables with dirty plates and cups but no clean spoon at all. I needed it to eat the cream and the frosty coffee as it was impossible to do so with a straw.

The grumpy young girl said ‘what are you looking for? ” I replied  ‘can I get a spoon please’.
She gave me a spoon with no smile, no word, but with a more annoyed face.
I started eating it again, but there was still no caramel syrup on the top. Why this staff member didn’t ask me if I wanted the syrup or not, so I went back again to ask for it.

The wavy hair girl was even more annoyed with a ‘what do you want NOW’ face and she started arguing with me, aggressively said ‘because you didn’t ask for it! ’
I would not take the sh*t from this absolutely rude person, as they were not providing what I had paid for.

Eventually the Asian lady got in between us and she said, ‘that’s ok, ok, you want the syrup on the top, I will do it for you’.

Hey lady, you took my order and why didn’t you tell the rude young staff member that I didn’t do anything wrong or she made a mistake on my order?

Eventually I got what I wanted, but these things should have come with my coffee as a default. I felt as if I was demanding and causing a big inconvenience to them.

Why I had to get all the attitude from the crew when I was politely asking for what I had paid for.

And the aggressiveness to argue with me, when they wouldn’t admit their mistakes!

I was absolutely shocked with the level of customer service. It was totally unacceptable.

This is definitely the WORST café ever I’ve come across with in my life and they deserve zero star. I could have ask for a refund for all the attitude they gave me – the total rudeness which absolutely ruined my afternoon.

Was looking up cafes near me for breakfast one morning (specifically looking for a cheaper place as I don’t have the most money to spend on breakfast) found Gloria jeans and decided to look at the menu listed on their website for innaloo. Prices were good specifically wanted the breakfast burger for $8 something. So I made the 15 min trip to go there. As I went in and got a menu I realised all of their prices were more than displayed on the online menu (the only reason I decided to go here) when I asked a worker if they could do the price displayed on their online menu another worker quickly snapped back and said no because other Gloria jeans all have ‘different prices’ and when I replied with no the menu literally says innaloo on it she just replied no she wont do it. So their menu for INNALOO has completely different prices than in store. I ordered any way as I drove all the way there. They told me they do a coffee hash brown + burger deal which is exactly what I wanted and I said I wanted to do that but get a coffee chiller and would be happy to pay the difference the first worker was nice about it and said she’ll ask how much extra it was to the snappy worker in which she replied no we can’t do that? So second let down had to pay for them all seperatley instead. Doesn’t make sense one worker was fine about it and then she shut it down. Lastly the chillers displayed were WITH whipped cream on their poster for $6 something but when I didn’t asked for it the whipped cream costed EXTRA which wasn’t stated on their poster.

Most false advertising I’ve ever seen rude worker (brunette young girl) didn’t even apologise one for any inconveniences sh1t place

As a barista myself I wasn’t impressed by how the coffees were made.
Mine personally tasted horrible so I threw it away after 2 sips.
As constructive criticism, perhaps don’t stir coffee with a beer foam scraper. And do not pour coffee without angling the cup while also doing a high pour; it does not distribute the milk you just steamed correctly.
The lady/barista behind the counter was also quite rude.
I hope this can be used to help you more than antagonise you.

Food is first about presentation before anything else. The presentation was unappealing - the plates, the food, the cups. Then the table was dirty. We asked for it to be cleaned and the response gotten was that they were very busy.

Add to all these the time taken to deliver the food. Our entree got delivered after the main food were served without any apology.

Yum, toasted sandwich was delish & excellent coffee. First time at the new innaloo store. Staff are nice & friendly too.

I love their white choc mochas! And also their chai tea chillers, soo good. I highly recommend the Westfield innaloo gloria jeans, the staff are great and so friendly!

Walked past here for years and never stopped in until today. Coffee came quick, service was good and it was a reasonable cup of coffee served in a real cup. I won't get coffee in disposable cups as we all know it is bad for the environment as the lining in the paper cups prevents it being recycled so I was glad I was offered a choice.

The woman serving me made an insulting, rude comment about my coffee order, suggesting it was far “too strong “ for me in such a condescending tone.

Order was picked up by another customer, told the barista that's my order but she simply replied my order is coming up next. It was the other customer who realised she has picked up wrongly and rectified the confusion. Not a big problem but feel Barista should have bothered to listen and be more attentive. Not a pleasant way to start a good coffee break.
