Usually get frappe coffee, the guy makes and it's great. Lady made a blended ice coffee today it's terrible. When I asked if that's right as it's not same as when guy makes it. She said it's right what u ordered then all staff ignored me turning their backs. It was soo sweet and horrid I took it back and said so and couldn't drink it. Again I was stared at with no reply.
Is this service NO. They take advantage of the people who frequent there big prices rip off the poor. DONT GIVE THEM BUISNESS. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

The most disqusting customer service I have ever sean in my life. The toast I ordered was so hard couldn't even cut it let alone eat it. When asked how long it was sitting there the girl said she doesn't know. She didn't even bring a fork and tissues with the order, had to ask for it. When asked for refund they only refund cash. The manager doesn't answer her phone as she is probably as bad as the staff she trains. I don't recommend this place. You don't want to be eating food that is sitting there for days. The milk may be out of date as well. Avoid this place.

Came for coffee. Absolutely bad service. They obviously dont serve coffes to your table but the tables are full of junk that hasnt been cleaned. We had to clean our own tables and pick our own coffees. I wanted to sit and relax with a mug of coffee, no question was asked on wether the coffee was take away or dine in. Every gloria jeans has lazy service. Coffe is average.

Prompt service and prompt food and beverages delivery. The finished products is up to the standards.

The ideal place to a quiet coffee with friends. The noise level is nothing to like the other coffee shops in Mirrabooka Square. The coffee is good also.

I got a flat white, very bad taste took back and get another one. Same as bad as previous one, so didn't drink.

The worst COFFEE I have had in yrs. Strange taste in mocha with oat milk. So took back and had a flat white instead. Tasted exactly the same, so didn't drink. Young staff cleaning constantly.

Quick and friendly service but the small hot chocolate was terrible just tasted like hot milk no chocolate flavour at all. Had to throw in bin prices are standard. Would still go back though just not for any of the hot chocolates

I've been coming to Gloria Jean's Mirrabooka since I was a teenager. The nostalgia is real. Like many others, I come back for the speciality coffees. I recommend the Voltage if you're in need of a caffienated-slap-in-the-face.

The service is friendly and quick. The venue has plenty of seating and they are always, seemingly busy.

A Great place to buy coffee and cold Drinks and go to do some Xmas shopping. Plenty of seating area to enjoy yourself with friends and family.

Very clean store and friendly staff but I cant lie, it's not the best coffee. I think it must be the beans as I don't really like any of the Gloria Jeans coffee.

But the actual store has a lot of seating and is right next to an entry / exit which can be very helpful.

They are such a lovely crew. Well mannered and always has a smile on their faces while serving customers.

Always great coffee and lovely service from the staff, very quick and friendly great atmosphere to come early in the morning for that start of the day pick me up.

Gloria jeans is a clear winner when it comes to coffee. I will endeavour to take pictures of the places I am visiting.

Placed an order for hot drink, the lady was extremely rude
Won’t get it what I actually need to order with poor body language and eye contact
And fun fact, she took the order wrong after taking enough time to actually understand the order!
Never going back there

I have been a regular at this Gloria Jeans for many years and i have never had a bad experience. Staff are always friendly and helpful, muffins are great (better than Muffin Break) and their cold drinks are the best. A voltage with no beans and an extra shot is usually my go to but i have tried almost all the drinks in the range and all are great. Definitely recommend the Mirrabooka store.

A small lack in enthusiasm, though a good coffee.
Easy access in every store that I've been in, usually near entrances. Would be more fitting to walk in and grab a take-away for while you shop.

Plus side of this joint is that the staff are very friendly.
I ordered a chicken pesto toastini and a regular flat white.
The coffee was nice but the toastini was average and dissapointing.
