Terrible customer service, staff presented as miserable, unfriendly, aloof and scruffy in presentation. I would not recommend and I will not be going back. A revamp is needed.

Staff stood around talking while I was waiting. Even after my order was placed they were more interested in talking than making the order. Won't go back there again.

Was served by a cute asian guy with a lovely smile!

Will come again for coffee.

One of the best coffee shops / cafes in midland gate shopping centre great tasting coffee, friendly staff, good value for money meals as well.

We buy coffee for home we have a drip machine and they grind it the way we love it done always great service too

Love this place! My favourite iced latte in Perth, the staff are so nice and friendly. Parking is annoying but its a small price to pay.

My Go to place for coffee at Midland Gate. The staff are friendly and courteous, and we've never had a bad coffee or service experience with them

Prompt friendly service and the Banoffee tart was nice however that is the limit of any positive experience.
Ordered a Dirty Chai which although requesting no added sugar it was so sickly sweet that I didn't finish it.
Also was disappointing to note that although WA is experiencing our highest COVID rate so far, one staff member was wearing her mask on her chin and/or not covering her nose while preparing and handling food and drinks.

Food and coffee were great, however the customer service from Amber was really lacking. Staring silently at a customer instead of greeting them is just basic customer service.

Very disappointing, love an orange and poppy seed muffin but 9am this morning I get handed a stale almost inedible muffin, no wonder she asked if I wanted it warmed up.definitely not supplying fresh food.
With all the other coffee shops around Won't be stopping here again!

I had a salted caramel frappe no coffee for me thanks but was good as. And it was a quiet time no line so service was quick and friendly

It's always a pleasure going there. Joe always has a smile on his face and willing to have a quick chat. Love their coffee too.

I went with my mother who is 95 years young the service was fantastic, they were fairly busy however the barista made time to help us by bringing out our order. Thank you?

Always good. Fast service, good food snd the coffees not bad either. Its not Bolt but pretty good.

Visited GJC approx 10am saturday. On arrival we were told the coffee machine was out of action: (we decided to order the "Triple Bacon And Egg with sweet baby rays"
Suprisingly good. Fresh ingredients but a bit steep for $8.95

$7.30 for 70% water, 20% ice and the rest fruit concentrate. No actual fruit, liquid concentrate. Really! Unashamed, blatant and wilful ripe off.

I find the food is so dated, bland and plain. Coffee is so average. Shame because it's a nice place to sit down.

Staff are friendly. The spinach and ricotta muffin is nice and a cappucino or iced coffee to wash it down.

Worst staff and customer service.they spilled my coffee on the table and didn’t even apologies. Was very Rude

Was once a very regular visitor, until they refused a refund after receiving staff assurances on a very rushed day that my coffee would be less than 5 minutes. After 17 minutes of waiting I had to leave. No coffee. No refund and nvr to return for several years. I heard it was under new ownership and ventured there again. All was ok. Fast service and prep. Attentive staff just getting the job done.
