Glen Forrest Liquor Store

Great Store and great staff. All friendly and always feel welcome. After going there a few times the staff quickly recognised me and know what I drink. In fact many times they see my car and are standing by the fridge only requiring me to hold up the amount of fingers to determine the number of drinks I want. Even new staff seem to know after the 2nd or 3rd time I go through! Brilliant service and friendly staff make a great experience. And for my drinks, a great price too! Hard to beat. Cheers

So being a man of whom has the organisational skills not dissimilar to that of a sluggish rock having a bad day, I'm often running late on my way to social well-to-do's or to drink alone crying.

The staff here come to my aid in an incredibly professional and well mannered response. As you'd expect.

However what really stood out to me (and is actually quite rare these days) was that they know every drop of every bottle they sell. No I'm not saying that they are raging alcoholics. I'm saying they have incredible knowledge of what they stock. It might be a small humble store, however they've never not had what I wanted^, or had a suitable replacement.

^They always have what I want.

Please note: In the event of a zombie outbreak the stores elevation and location would make it very defend-able. Well thought through crew.

For the reasons above, one is more then happy to give them a honest 5 star rating.

Small local place, never a wait and very helpful service. No specials so you pay a bit more.

Great service, lots of booze to choose from. You can buy wine, beer and spirit in one place. The prices are inline with other bottle shop's.
