Gingin Grass Fed (Gingin Beef)

Nice folks, and often a decent selection. But I bought a brisket flat recently that was completely unusable because it was 85% fat. Shouldn’t have even been packaged.

Disappointing customer service and delivery.
Gave the opportunity to GinGin Beef to make right after a poor quality delivery service of meat delivered in a brown paper bag, left outside the front door without ice nor insulated bag. On reaching out to Julia at GinGin Beef, I found myself having to justify the reason for the call rather than having an invested interest in providing excellent customer service to retain business and avoid negative word of mouth.

Bought mixed meat pack. The beef burger patties smelled awful when opening them. They were still well within code so we cooked them hoping they would taste ok. They tasted worse than they smelled. We tried 2 different packs with the same result, and as we had 2 more packets in the freezer, I contacted GinGin Beef explaining the problem. I never heard back. Suffice to say I will never buy their products again orr recommend them.

Will find an alternative source as there are now plenty in the local area that provide much better quality and service than Gingin does these days. Extremely disappointed.

At the Start of covid I purchased afew kg of oyster blade it was absolutely beautiful (expensive tho) then in September I was sent discount code SO I PURCHASED BULK AN THE MEAT WAS ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE UNEATABLE I INFORMED THEM OF MY DISAPPOINTMENT WITH NO APOLOGY OR SOLUTION DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE RIPING PEOPLE OFF

Most amazing flavoured beef I have ever had. Best beef mince, my kids enjoy their meal and ask for more. I am very happy

I was met with a warm welcome when I arrived today to ask some questions about the dog food they sell. I was given plenty of helpful information and suggestions on what the employee had used for her own dog and how she had gone about transferring from other food to this food without upsetting her dogs gut.

I had such a great experience here and will definitely be back to get more dog food!

Ps. My dog LOVED her new gingin grass fed beef/chicken/veg dinner!

I found Gingin grass-fed beef, when I seen there sign on the road across the road from Bunnings at Osborne Park.

I came in to buy some beef bones and Ossobuco.

The Ossobuco were so large in size.
Everyone knows that it's important to have lots of marrow. Made the dish.
There was three in one pack.
Enough for six persons.

The staff were very helpful and we're also very generous in giving a discount.

More importantly the the flavour is so nice, sometimes, I wonder if I could eat the bones too.

Very delicious.

Nice meat! However after planning all my meals and spending all my money based on the fact I was told delivery would be Wednesday between 4-8am, to then be sent an email at 7.50am wed morning to advise they were delayed and wouldn't be coming until Friday! I don't mind delays but pretty sure you would know sooner than the delivery time. No response to the email I sent regarding this. Poor customer service.

First time customer. All products were great, could tell the difference and enjoyed everything we ordered.

Great customer service and the produce is great quality. We don't purchase our meat anywhere else.

Meat is amazing quality! I did have some oddly coloured beef patties once and they refunded me no probs. However, in my last order, my chicken kebabs were missing and there was a note that they would drop off in 2 days. Left the esky out for a week and nothing, sent an enquiry online and also nothing. Also, their ordering system doesn't work well on iphone or ipad. You also have no idea when they are delivering as they don't alert you. If there product wasn't such good quality and delivered on a regular basis, I might have gone elsewhere.

Lovely meat until I received mouldy pork sausages in my last order. Two emails and photos were sent and no response. I posted a review on Facebook and now they have hidden their reviews. Their customer service is a disgrace.
