I dropped in on very short notice (45 minutes) as I had a horrible vibration start in my car.
They fit me in right away. Took off and inspected my tyres, balanced them all and found the culprit bubble starting to form in one of my 4x4 tyres. They changed the spare and gave it a short drive to confirm the vibration had stopped. I felt they under charged me for the time, urgency, and effort they showed me.
I will be deliberately drive past Their place when I return to Perth specifically to give them my business again.

The service is excellent. Staff are friendly and prices reasonable. Same every time I go there.

Luke and his team did a great job today fitting a new set of tyres to my car. I recommend Gingin Fuel and Tyres for all your needs in round rubber things.

I ordered 2 new light truck tyes for a long road trip to Hedland. Took my vehicle there to have them fitted with tubes. Picked the truck up and appeared all ok. Went on my journey to Hedland. I experienced a blow out on the front right of the truck when passing a semi. I had to fight with the steering to avoid a possible serious accident. This happened about 80klm south of Karartha. In 45 degree heat I managed to change the tyre and put the spare on. Proceeded to Karartha to have the blow out repaired. I explained to tyre shop in Karartha that it was new tyre and tube fitted in Gingin. They confirmed it was definitely not a new tube and showed me. They also said those tyres come in kit so they should have given you and fitted the tube as one kit. When I returned to Gingin I rang the owner of Gingin fuel and tyres to hear that he didn't understand why this had happened and denied fitting the tyres to my truck. I reiterated that Karartha has confirmed and old tube has been fitted. Luke agreed to give me a replacement tube. No apology. No compensate for my time off road other repair costs. Gingin fuel and tyres business practices are Off! Avoid the place as they cut corners for profiteering and put your safety at risk.

My car went in to get new tyres, due to circumstances my car ended up staying for over a week which the company was really good about and I 100% appreciated. When I collected my car it was apparent somebody had been driving my car to the extent that they had used 200kms worth of fuel. When I approached the owner, he wanted me to check that the person who had dropped the car off hadn't gone anywhere else in it, I did as he had suggested and like I suspected they had only driven it to the tyre place, about 10kms away. It was arranged with the owner that I would contact him the next day, I did this 3 times, left messages and got no return call. I then called again the following day, finally getting hold of him, he said he wasnt sure what to do about the situation, then all of a sudden out of the blue i could now view CCTV footage which had never been mentioned and then he asked me to fill the car up again to see how many litres were missing, call him back and let him know even after I had repeatedly told him how much and brought it to his attention the very second I collected my car. He then tried suggesting that there was an issue with my fuel gauge, I assured him there is no possible way that that was the issue. Somebody in that yard drove my car and used a tonne of fuel and nobody wants to own up, admit responsibility, return phone calls or even meet half way in some form of reimbursement.
I have been the one having to follow up with the owner, he doesn't return calls and then makes up excuses about why he never received them.
Poor customer service and lack of empathy in regards to customer issues, I'm really not sure how you can run a business on these work ethics and values. I unfortunately now would never suggest this business to anybody.l would like to say the other staff were absolutley amazing and have no reflection of the owner, maybe it's time you retire.

Wonderful staff/very helpful. Squeezed us in after tyres damaged on our way up North. Highly recommend to all. THANK YOU AGAIN!
