Wow thank you for your detailed response. Just so we can get some facts straight though. When I called I asked if I could send a photo of my positive test to which I was told no it wouldn’t make any difference. I understand that last minute cancellations financially impact your contractors which is definitely unfortunate however, is the nature and definition of a contractor. As you said this is WHAT DEPOSITS ARE FOR. I completely agree with you for as you said THOSE PEOPLE THAT USED COVID AS AN EXCUSE WHEN THEY COULDNT BE BOTHERED. At no time did I think nor suggest that my money or time was more important than the next persons. The icing on the cake was your final comment regarding not waiting people like me in your salon. Imagine if you said this to all potential customers? However I guess we all now know what you truly think of the average customer that walks into your business. I have seemingly touched a nerve as your response is extremely emotional based. Your lack of professionalism in answering my review is quite honestly mind blowing. Most of all it is extremely disappointing that a small business like yours that made it big through raw determination, talent and hard work has forgotten where they came from.

A little while ago my mum paid the deposit for my eyebrow tattoo appt as a birthday gift. Being a disabled aged pensioner this was alot of money for her. On the morning of my appt I didn’t feel well and tested myself and was covid positive. I rang the salon immediately and explained and asked to reschedule. I was told no and that I had now lost my deposit. I could have just not rang and gone in however I am not the kind of person to do such a thing. So very disappointed as was so excited for my eyebrows.

I decided to sign up for the Ultimate Body Sculpting course and am so happy with it. Normally I'd only attend hands-on training rather than online, but I'm blown away with how detailed, clear and concise this course is.

Kelly goes into a lot of detail with the science behind WHY things work and HOW, which you don't often get with a lot of other training courses. The course is structured well and has everything you need (she's even provided templates of forms, social media etc).

There are also videos of her demonstrating each of the services - so it's like you're right there in person with her.

Upon joining the course, you also get access to the FB support group which Kelly is very active on, always answering students questions and showing support.

And lastly, she's been extremely prompt with responding to emails, sending the machine and providing updates.

The whole experience so far has been flawless and it's so refreshing and motivating to be trained by someone that genuinely wants you to succeed, rather than just selling you a course and letting you figure it out for yourself.

I completed the body sculpting course a few months back and can honestly say it was the best decision for my salon and without a doubt THE best course I have ever done. Kelly is so passionate and giving. She wants everyone to do well and is beyond thorough with sharing her knowledge, tips and tricks and is super honest with any questions you have, which is great! I had a wonderful experience at Gingerella rox! The salon itself is bright, unique and gorgeous. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. I had one session of the RF skin tightening. I felt so comfortable with the lovely staff I have booked in for another at the recommended 1 week interval. I have also booked in for their new service of fine line tattoo. Highly recommend checking out all of the beauty services they have on offer?

Been having my feather touch brows done here for past few years. Love my brows and I love the salon. Staff are super lovely. Highly recommend.

Alana did my feather touch eyebrows. It’s made my eyebrows thicker & defined as I didn’t have enough natural hairs on the ends of my eyebrows. She did an amazing job! They look fab! I’m so happy with them. Easy to look after / just wax.

I bought a voucher for my fiancé as she’s been desperate to get brows done. She is ecstatic with results and is so happy.

I completed the ultimate brow course at Gingerella Rox and loved my experience. I had to reschedule a few times due to COVID but Kelly was very accommodating and it ended up being one on one training. Aberdeen & Alana also offered me help and advice throughout the week I was completing my training and made it such a fun and comfortable experience. The course was very tailored to my own experience/learning and I was allowed to ask as many questions as I needed. I feel like I learned a lot and there has been ongoing support and advice since whenever I’ve needed it from all three of the beautiful ladies that work there: Kelly, Alana & Aberdeen.

Left with permanent trauma scarring on brow had to pay over $2000 for laser treatments to fix the mess.
Would not recommend.

I done my eyebrows 2 times in Perth, i was bleeding so much that i needed the 3rd app.and pills from doc.to stop the bleeding, hopefully they worked and this time my colour will stay. Alana in all my appointments done such an amazing job and she was trying really much to do best, it was quite a hard work with me, at the end of each session my eyebrows looked really perfect! The shape, the colour, size, everything! She's really great! I will definitely come back to Alana again! Lovely place and lovely ladies ^^ Thank U Alana:)

I have been going to Gingerella Rox for almost a year and they’ve done a great job every time. I’ve been going to Sîan and she takes great care in making sure the shading and shaping is perfect. I highly recommend them.

Read reviews and pretty disappointed after my brow app. Maybe the young lady was in training but my brows came out like rainbows with no shape.will not return.

I had thought about having my eyebrows done for ages, but as I am from Melbourne and in the middle of a trip around Australia, finding a reputable salon was a concern. When Gingerella Rox was recommended to me, I thought that this was the perfect opportunity to have them done.
I was very apprehensive when I arrived at the Mount Lawley salon but my concerns were quickly put to rest by Phoebe who talked me through the whole microblading process step by step.
I went into the salon with fine undefined eyebrows (as a result of years of plucking) and now I have eyebrows that have shape and colour. I can’t thank Phoebe enough.

I had my eyebrows microbladed by Alana about 3 months ago. Alana did an amazing job and I’m so impressed with the outcome. I’ve gotten so many compliments from friends and even strangers. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

The Joondalup salon was absolutely beautiful and Sam did an amazing job on my brows. Could not recommend these ladies enough!
