There are many great bike shops in Perth and I have not been into a bad one! But when a great bike shop tells you to come here for what you need and you get over and above service.

Stopped in for a few spokes today. Had the most informative chat with Jeff/Geoff. So good to speak to someone with such technical knowledge and he was happy to pass on a few tips. No trying to sell you stuff you dont need. Great experience. Will definitely be back!

Great local bike shop in the city, Geoff and his team have a wealth of experience with all types of bikes and brands.
Have had a few issues with a single speed bike, most recently the rear hub had an unusual component snapped, the boys stripped it down, some how found a new part and got it back together working better than when I bought it. Best service, knowledge and advice.
Happily recommend this bike shop to anyone.

I cannot thank the team at giant Perth enough? After having repairs done at several other stores and still had same problem plaguing me Leigh diagnosed accurately and quoted me to within a few dollars of total price. I have never had my bicycle so dialed in, even from new! Awesome experience, would not go anywhere else from now on for service and honest repairs.

I had a fall from my bike this morning on my way to work. The bike started making noises on and off as I continue riding. Popped in lunch time to check availability for safety check and they straight away said no problem pop back in after 4 to have a look for me. When I went back with my bike, not only they checked for me, they fixed the problem and some other minor ones they identified in no time so I can ride my bike home. It’s feels like a brand new one again and I arrived home just before the storm

Amazing service at this shop! Leigh and Jeff are extremely knowledgeable. They helped me pick my first road bike and were super helpful at each step. No surprise that I came back for my second bike and looking forward to purchasing my third bike from them even though I now live in Vancouver! Super refreshing to see this kind of service nowadays.
