Geraldton Caravan Park reviews
31Really nice layed back park with spotless amenities, very helpful staff & great atmosphere. Away from the hustle and bustle & just feels good.
The hosts were excellent. The park itself could do with a good tidy up. We had the cottage which was very basic and spent time cleaning and the shower had hair from a previous occupant. The cutlery, mugs etc left a lot to be disired. There was a notice telling guest to leave as we find, hmmm! And how the they could charge $30 for extra cleaning is a joke, do it well for you paying guests to start with!
The lady and gentlemen I interacted with were both lovely.very helpful and obliging.
This was a quick overnight trip for a family wedding and the accommodation was just what the 5 of us needed.
Very clean cottage and close to the shower facilities.
Would not hesitate to stay here again and the price was very reasonable.
Such a nice caravan park, we spent two nights there in an unpowered site (40$/night)
Very clean toilet/shower, a nice pool and a clean kitchen.
Owners are so nice, they brought us wood and a tin letting us to have a fire.
Next time I’ll know where to stop in Geraldton for sure!
Staying in camper bus on site with a friend. He is a permanent guest here. I like it as it's away from the bustle of town and is very quiet. Very casual atmosphere. Perfect for sunset drinks.
Our Dobies first mini holiday, he was lovely, the service was good.lots of dogs there.preferred if they were ALL leashed, even the dessert ones, long term or not.particularly if there's no guaranteed recall.
Cabin was good, clean. There was a kitchenette with stove, microwave, plates, cups etc. Unfortunately no bathroom, but beggers can't be choosers, we booked last minute, the toilet block was relatively close by and we were grateful to be able to take our dog.
Was a great and quite caravan site! The amenities were very clean and well maintained the staff were so welcoming and friendly! It was not far from geraldton and Corronation beach - There were even horses that came to say hello from the other side of the fence! Would definitely recommend this spot and will be coming back for sure! Thankyou for having us
Beautiful campsite. Feels spacious and rural with fabulous facilities. Very hot, powerful clean showers and toilets. Super friendly and helpful staff. Our planned one night stay, morphed into 4. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

The first night we had a non powered sites, we arrive at night and didn't realise til morning that the caravans behind us had their hoses from their sinks leaking where we were set up! Disgusting! Very smelly and filthy. The 2nd night we moved to the powered sites, much better. Very clean! The showers and toilet blockes were clean. Pool was a little dirty but besides this it was a great affordable place to stay when passing through. Would stay again but in powered sites only. Check the grounds thoroughly
Awesome caravan park, pet friendly clean comfortable accommodation very helpful, friendly owners, late check in accommodated, highly recommended
Thank you for an awesome experience
Staying for 2 weeks with caravan on powered site. Nice park with clean amenities. Good prices and very natural surrounds. Hear all native birds each morning. Would recommend this park for caravan people and we also have a dog and park is dog friendly. Can’t really fault anything. We are from SA.
Great stay. Very helpful staff. Fire wood available. Drive through sites easy. Easy drive into town.
Great place! They accommodated us perfectly with our dog in tow in one of the cabins. Neat and tidy and well maintained. Amenities maintained as well, and so was the laundry! Great area, well away from traffic, and only a short drive into the central part of town. The permanent residents were also very nice as well, all were up for a good ol chat.
A good camping site just outside the city of Geraldton. The facilities are well looked after. The staffs are nice and friendly. They came and greeted our group of campers while bringing a couple extra rubbish bins for our use.
The kitchen and toilets are clean although some cockroaches scared the children on their way to them. I myself enjoyed a warm shower after a day exploring the tourist attractions around the city.
Nice camping ground!
Nice Caravan Park with quite large drive through sites, ammenities are good considering some poor reviews by people with high expectations.
Stay in Chslet, old smelly, ants, air-conditioning is mouldy, reallydisappointed, it maybe quiet and a good place with your own can, but honestly I would be embarrassed if I was the owner in regards to the condition of the chalets. It cost nothing to clean and presentation is everything, come on guys lift your standards.
Nice and quite, had a special on, 4 nights for $99, nice peaceful place. Away from town but at the same time not to far to shops.
It was the best value park in my ring around for stand alone van. If the rubbish metal piles broken bus and rust farmer collection was cleaned up.it truly would be a beautiful park as the amenities where spotless and well thought out with hooks shelves and mats and smelt amazing. What really bought my rating down was the park rubbish behind our camping plot andvthe park rules that you are required to read and sign.lastly if you don't like our park it is suggested you leave and no refund will be given. Its quite unreasonable to be directed to the front office first before you enter the park to sign the disclaimer sight unseen and if you really didn't like the look of the rust farmer park you don't get a refund. It sounded like this was a common complaint to have to write that into your your park rules! The gentleman cleaning the ladies amenities was lovely and engaging with local information!
Cockroaches the size of mice!
Stayed here with my elderly father when in Geraldton for a family emergency and have to say was utterly disgusted
We were charged $148 for a night spent in a dirty accommodation and shared bathroom amenities. The linen wasn’t clean and I wondered if it had even been changed after previous occupants. Only one of the single bunk beds was made up but it had sand all over it and the other only had a mattress protector on it with a big filthy footprint where someone had stood to hoist themselves up to the top one.
We had to eat our dinner cold because the microwave only made noise and went around, it didn’t heat the food no matter what setting we tried. There wasn’t any running hot water, had to boil the jug to wash up and had to wash up before we ate as well as after️
There was only one towel for a cabin with a choice of 6 sleeping spaces, no complimentary shampoo or body wash.
And, no refund if you don’t like the accommodations apparently.
Jason is really helpful when it comes to family. Even being reaching there on a peak day he arranged place to put tent for us. Clean and neat amenities. Safe place, kids can play in pool that opens at 9am. Overall friendly place.
