I have had two pairs of ugg boots from here, chestnut color medium bow style since 2018 and black Color mini bow style since 2019. They are just as beautiful as the day I bought them, so comfortable and I always receive compliments on them.

My brother purchased ugg boots today from this store. Meeki was gracious polite and helpful. A positive experience over all.

DO NOT PURCHASE from this shop, I bought a size 7 women’s from the shop and said to the owner my girlfriend would try it on and if they did not fit I would return in 10 minutes for a refund. Did not fit and when I asked for a refund he said they don’t do refunds. A conman and a rude arrogant @*%€. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING

The quality and manufacturing is appalling, and the employees are rude and disrespectful. I was brought some boots by a family member, and soon realised they were a fake just from the label on the back and poor stitching. The fur was synthetic and not even close to a sheep fur texture. Also when purchasing genuine Uggs, your usually given a shoe box; mine came in a plastic zip bag which is poor when your purchasing a expensive product. When I returned to the shop to ask for a refund, I was refused due to their policy; however, I stated that the products were fake and that one of their employees (who happened to be wearing glasses) laughed in my face and argued with me that I was wrong. He was extremely unpleasant and rude; do not buy anything here!

I was told when I bought uggs they offered refunds, then when I took them back they wouldn’t give me a refund, only a swap or a credit - very dodgy

Weirdest and worst customer service experience I’ve ever received from the old man that seems to own the store. I was purchasing two pairs of Uggs for myself and my partner from the nice young guy that works there when the old man walked in and started yelling about some ugly beanies that were missing seemingly hinting I’d stolen them.the young guy explains he’d sold two that morning and the old guy just stood there staring at the display super unhappy with the answer mumbling that there was more. It was so awkward I asked the young guy if he wanted to check my bag just so he didn’t get in trouble when I walked out.
The old guy also genuinely sold me the wrong size explaining to me quite harshly that the sizes were weird and that they would fit my partner and they don’t and he also didn’t provide me a receipt just a business card that looked like one. Honestly so dodgy, they might be genuine Australian uggs but he is not genuine at all. I’d recommend the genuine ugg store around the corner. There is another one that sells genuine Aussie uggs. I can’t even explain how dodgy and weird this guy is. They don’t even let him buy coffee in London court where is store is located they told me when I went to get a coffee all frazzled from the experience.

My partners product fell apart after 14-18m of light indoor use. Supposed to be top end and Aussie made - my partner had other Ugg boots that lasted 10 + years - yet looking at other reviews where the rubber pulled off the sole in the same way as ours, it seems they have a manufacturing issue perhaps, leading to these durability problems. Upon contacting the store they were dismissive, extraordinarily rude, and don’t stand behind their products. Was willing to work out a deal or a way forward but the door was slammed on any potential solution. Not recommended as a business, not recommended as a product.

If I could give negative million stars I would. I cannot believe that small businesses that insult the customer's existence still exist!

This store doesn't allow refund and doesn't explain that prior to purchase. Bought a present which my partner hates and only allow exchanges.

Shop keeper, male, is absolutely rude and has zero customer service skills. He is constantly on the phone while serving customers while attending to personal business. That should have been a glaring red flag!

Please avoid! Shoes are non genuine UGGs anyway. Gross attitude and what a way to treat customers. I will tell all my friends all who have high disposable income to avoid avoid avoid

Edit: they're definitely fake because they're not the famous international UGG brand.
Also the older male shop keeper /your relative needs to retire from retail and customer service because he's absolutely hurting the business. If you read the other reviews on here, there is actually history of aggressive attitude towards other customers.
Definitely not supporting a local business that provides horrendous customer interaction.
Simply selling a good product does not mean that your business will thrive!

A genuine Ugg boots shop with variety of leather products. We visited the shop in the late afternoon and bought 2 pairs of Ugg boots. The staff was very friendly and funny.

The two young women who were absolutely marvellous and so helpful Mary 1 and Mary 2 gave me great advice and I ended up taking lots of gloves and boots back to Scotland every one loves them great value for money and thanks to both girls for expertise
