Genki Acupuncture and Massage

So I’m a concreter and I’ve been going to genki on an off for a few years now, there service is so professional and friendly. I always walk out feeling a Better than when I came in. Highly recommended!

Completely on cloud 9 every time I walk out of this place! Every massage therapist is a little different but so far they've all been great!

Terrible experience here. I paid for a full body massage which usually consists of the masseuse massaging your body in 8 quadrants. Upper left, right. Lower left, right. Flip over and repeat. My masseuse only massaged my upper back, lower back and thighs. Did not flip me over and actually hurt me. The first time I asked her to be more gentle, she said 'no pain, no gain' and continued her assault of my back with her elbows. I finally had to sit up and say 'please stop, you are hurting me' and she finally started doing it less aggressively.

My experience was further worsened by a technician fixing the door sensor which caused him to continually test the sensor. The loud bell of each test over the majority of my massage as well as the hammering and drilling ruined any chance of relaxation.

They knew a tech would be coming to fix their issues so it would have be kind to allow me the opportunity to book at another time. Not impressed with this place, would not recommend and definitely won't be back.

Worst place I have ever been for acupuncture. They didn't listen to what I asked for and just decided to do what they wanted. I had one needle go in and I instantly felt a shooting pain up my arm, neck and into my head. I asked for it to be taken out but she refused. It took several requests and me almost taking it out myself before it finally was. My entire arm got a really strong aching sensation and then I got a really bad headache. I immediately ended the session and tried to leave with my husband. They kept trying to block the way out and even followed us out to the car. It ended up being a stressful and painful experience. Definitely do not recommend!

10/10 everytime. My experience with them are always great, amazing customer service and fair prices. My last experience really shocked me as I had pulled a muscle in my back whilst working, I got an appointment quite quickly and to my surprise after a 1 hour session I could still feel the pain in my back, 2 hours resting and my pain had subsided drastically. Within 24-48 what i thought would last a few days was gone completely. 100% couldn’t guarantee them more!

I have been there four times now and each time the massage has been excellent. The massage does not feel rushed in any way and the girls identify the knots and sore points and work that area out.

The 90-minute deep tissue massage that I had this week was exceptional. Nom is a genuine guru, who clearly has a deep understanding of the musculoskeletal system. She rapidly identified the knotted areas and went methodically about releasing them. You know you're in the hands of an experienced expert when the pressure is constantly firm enough to do the job effectively but without ever becoming unpleasant. The hot rocks along the spine was an unexpected and very pleasant addition. I will definitely be going back and making this my new regular massage place.

Clean and massage is very good. Feels like going to Bali for a real massage! Nice place. Nice staff. But first speak about the price and time before u start- English problem!

Great massage, have had a bad back for months and feel so much better after 1 session. Ladies no how to massage mussels properly. Definitely worth the money will be going again.

Professional massage, hot stones, acupuncture & cupping I've had them all here! And they know their herbal medicine. I highly recommend them for pain relief, heath fund approved.

Genki was great when Josh worked there as an acupuncture.

To date i haven't found someone as good. I want hes contact details and aren't interested in trying someone else.
