I went in here for a conti roll - but apparently I was standing in the wrong place, as I was loudly told “the line for rolls is over there! ” And then she went back to doing nothing. EXCELLENT customer service! NOT!

Great store and friendly staff, I bought a NY Pastrami sandwich today. It was okay but nowhere near the amount of pastrami in the sandwich as in NY it was very, very skinny! Please teach your staff how to make generous sandwiches. Also it was a tad dry having sat in the chiller for a few hours no doubt.

Not gonna lie, we visit general store nearly every week. Such delicious food and love love the specials!

About the slowest service I've ever seen. 25min for an açai bowl, asked for a refund, they said they'd do it quickly. 5min later it comes, but with the wrong toppings. They offered me a free coffee voucher as a sorry gift, but I'd not go back there even if this was the last coffee shop in Perth. The customer before me had issues with her order too and was overcharged

First time visit and an absolutely stunningly presented store/shop/deli/cafe. Food is fresh and the store is immaculate.

I am a regular at General Store and the coffee and continental rolls are always sensational. The staff are friendly - particularly Lauren, who is also a fantastic barista.

Really like this place and the option to get freshly made food and rolls, but the last few times the bread has been so dry, even though the fillings are amazing I couldn’t even eat it: (

After lots of positive feedback from fellow colleagues I decided to pay a visit today and was not disappointed, the displays were on point and the range of different foods is vast. Stopped in and had one of their fresh made rolls and it danced on my tastebuds, was delicious and will most definitely visit again. Highly recommended:)

Wow wow wow! What a fantastic place, Infallible service, welcoming and honest and fantastic food! Absolutely the world's best! Nice location for parking and the park over the road is perfect to relax and enjoy the fabulous rolls, love the godfather, want to try the others but I always seem to end up with the godfather,

Great rolls and very friendly people, especially behind the deli/roll counter. We have just been in to order 5 rolls and it was very busy - everyone was smiling and just had an awesome vibe. Great work, thanks!

What a great little store packed full of great produce, fresh prime meats, simple dinner take always, great coffee without the fuss and probably the best take away lunch offer in the area. Definitely a regular visit is worthwhile. Highly recommend.

So disappointed coffee was like soapy water. I was expecting more as I read other reviews. Salad was ok. Very expensive too. Wouldn't bother again.

Get out, this is the place to be. Absolutely sensational. The displays are spot on. The presentation is super. Hot food is hot hot hot. The rolls are spectacular and the friendly staff make this an experience you don’t want to miss. Flavours and combinations were excellent, good quality and well worth your visit. Definitely recommend to my friends and family. Parking is alright and easy to get in and out. Nicely located within a park area for picnics too.
