Great place to have a meal, ample parking under shade. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very nice atmosphere.

My partner and I always have the best time at General Public! Nice laid back atmosphere, friendly service, good tunes and amazing food! Im gluten intolerant and I love that I can eat so much off the menu (just about everything). We have been a few times and keep coming back. Thanks team for a lovely time, every time

Edit: Have to change my review, I used to go here all the time. But my last order I noticed they changed the pineapple on the pizza (for the absolute worse) and the chips were half empty! I could of gone down the street to Chicken Treat and gotten a large chips double the size!

The buzz around the street is that something changed, and the pizzas just aren't what they used to be. Pulled pork no longer exists (why they would remove that is beyond me), they are less generous on the toppings and use lower quality ingredients.

I'm leaving my old review text here, but my heart has changed. Don't fully recommend this place anymore sadly.

The pizza has taken a bit of a downward turn over the last few visits.

Flavour is there with the dough being decent but the toppings are very sparse. The tropical and prawn pizzas both looked like someone had been trying to avoid prepping more ingredients and stretched what was left.

Overall would say not bad pizza, especially if youre stuck for choice on a monday night, but for value for money and flavour there are better alternatives in the area such as al fornetto, pizzaca, monstarella, and pizzeria de leo.

BEST PIZZAS WE’VE HAD IN A VERY LONG TIME! Funky suburban pizza restaurant, family friendly, service with a smile, awesome value for money, great drinks and the best sourdough pizzas EVER! Would absolutely go back again in a heartbeat! It was busy on a Saturday night, so would definitely book ahead so you’re not disappointed.

Delicious pizza! Family friendly, great quick service! Appreciate that they sponsor local sporting clubs (that's how we found them!). Definitely recommend the prawn pizza!

General Public really has it all. Great location & atmosphere, friendly & attentive service and SEVERELY tasty food options as well as a great selection of beers! There are really great taco and pizza options for both carnivores and vegetarians, and it's a great flexible space that can accomodate groups of all different sizes. Not a bad spot for a date or a group lunch.

We absolutely love this place! The staff are so accommodating, even though they are so busy. It is such a family friendly relaxed and welcoming venue. Food is incredible and with the open windows to the kitchen my eldest loves watching them make the pizzas and stretching the dough. I could not recommend General Public more. Not only is their food and staff amazing, they also do great coffee and the best cinnamon bun! Thank you so much to the staff and owners, it's a real winner!

Good pizza - ordered a margarita which was perfect.
Cocktail was okay - ordered a margarita which didn't have enough lime juice so was a bit flat.

Vibe is awesome. You can bring your doggo and sit outside. And let's face it - everything is better when you can bring your doggo.

Love the morning crew they always make the best coffee and provide the best viiiiibes.always get served by the most awesome baristas and love coming back every morning!

Fantastic pizza. Great chill vibes. Licened venue. Kid and pet friendly but is also adult friendly too at the sane time. Lots of outdoor seating.

A great family place early evening and then the grown-ups seem to move in for the latter part of the session. This fabulous Pizza Cafe caters equally to both.
I can be found here early mornings for their great coffee- or simply perched at an outdoor high table after work, having a cold beer and watching the world go by. But whenever eating out with family or friends, GP is nearly always my first choice! The food is yummy and the staff are amazing. So happy that this gem is round the corner from me.
