Had a great experience at Gemma Baker’s. Needed an extra clasp for my bracelet and the lady who helped me was kind enough to present me with options that suited my budget. Job done in less than 20mins!

The man at the door smiled at me and took my shoes off, this made me feel very welcome. I got my grandmothers corpse encased in gold like the Egyptians because her favourite song is "Walk like an Egyptian". She now greets all my visitors when they walk into my house. Thanks Gemma

Gemma and the Team were awesome helping out with the wife's birthday voucher! Did everything over the phone, lured the wife in and gave her a great surprise with a bottle of champagne and all, they even filmed and sent to me! We ended up sending more and the wife has a unique piece that only Gemma and her team could produce. Great all round experience.
