38 Beautiful little place, the little mushroom dessert we had was absolutely delicious and amazing.
The chairs were a little bit uncomfortable
Went there for the bday breakky, Very yummy food and awesome decoration on food. But there was one waiter who was in too much rush and she almost spill the coffee when delivering the coffee. And the tables was not been cleared and clean when people arrived. We had to ask staff to clear the table.
The decoration on drink is super cute. It lights up my mood to drink a cup of coffee. Everything else seems to be average.
Become one of the must try place in Perth. Gorgeous cake, great coffee, very warm heart and kind staff. Highly recommended. Must try their cake, so yummy.
I feel so cheated.
Went with a friend. She ordered the wagyu burger, and I got the eggs benedict. The burger attie tasted plain and felt like grease and flour mixed together.
The eggs benedict looked amazing but flavour wise there was an excessive amount of hollandaise on it could not taste anything else.
I got the sleeping bear chocolate mousse if you like Nutella flavoured desserts you'll love this.
The Apple tarte was ok however the filling was too sour it just tasted like lemon juice. No sweetness, even if you take a bite with the cream and filling it doesnt really balance out.
The strawberry marshmallow hot chocolate was okay just served warm it's definitely more of a desert than a drink.
Don't think I'll go back except to try the mango cheesecake
This store don’t care about customer service regarding a food delivery. I had to picked up a order (which is a coffee) from them and what shameful is I have to asked to put at least some plastic to cover the cup because it is a liquid. They said they don’t have a bag (which is a liar of course) for the item so the customer will received his order in proper way. And of course the item was damaged. I have tell to the customer what happened and not to order from them anymore.
Everything is over priced and the eggs benedict had zero flavour. The banana smoothie tasted like very expensive banana flavoured water. They forgot about my partners toastie that we paid for. Terrible experience, much better and cheaper places to go in Perth
Only option on St George's at the time so quite busy. Food was really nice. Coffee weak though.
Good place for drinks and coffee that's pretty much it for us. My daughter and I had lunch here. The chicken, avocado and cheese sourdough toasties The chicken was all mush up see pic. Looks like it has been put into a blender not shredded and it didn't taste like chicken definitely was acquired taste horrible and tasteless couldn't be any more processed. All the places we've been to and ate this one certainly took us back. The fish and chips wasn't that great the chips didn't taste good one piece of fish was tough left me confused. As for the cakes they looked good as for tastes it's a no for us also. However their drinks and coffee is pretty good. All up cost me $85.00. Absolutely don't mind paying if the food was good but in this case certainly wasn't worth the money.
Ordered toastie meal which was great but the ice chocolate was gross sorry did not taste well at all and the tables were not cleaned we had to push dirty dishes to the side to sit down and still even when our food came no one cleaned the table.food didn’t come out all together so one person was eating while other had to wait
I am very disappointed. First of all the tables were unsanitary and the seats were sticky. I ordered an iced mocha and a strawberry blast cake, that is shaped like a strawberry and is filled with cream and so on. As I was eating my cake, I push it over and notice a little black thing sticking out of the cream, I pull it out and find a huge black curly piece of hair. I immediately felt sick and take it inside to a worker who doesn’t apologise and instead responds to me with ‘eugh’ and rolls her eyes. Another worker then comes up to me at my table and begins to explain that it was a ‘sugar string’ not a hair. Very unprofessional and rude.
Gemini Cafe have the cutest little desserts, very rich but tasty. I forgot what the desserts I tried are called, but one was shaped like a mushroom and reminded me of the taste of black forest. I haven't made it in store yet and I cannot wait to come and try the cute dessert carrousel that I have seen on Insta.
The staff were really friendly and polite. The food and drinks came out quickly and tasted great. I love the little details on the food that make them a great picture subject. The place was clean and air-conditioned, the cutlery was clean as well. The calm atmosphere is great for a place to cool down. I would recommend coming here.
First time in this lovely cafe. Staff are super nice. I made a mistake with my order but the the super nice girl working there offered a free meal then when I didnt accept she brought me little pumpkin cake. Couldn’t be more happy 100% recommend.
Good, fun and creative drinks was off to a good start.
Waited 40 mins for food still not there so went up to ask and it seemed like the chef forgot my order. Wait another 10 mins for average food. Chips were over cooked with no salt. Went to get salt all the salt shakers were empty.
Till and table Staff were also abit clueless.
At least the drinks were good tho.
I love love loved this place
It’s been on my list for ages and I’m so happy I was able to make the travel
They have lots of cute desserts. It's kind of pricey, but so far I haven't seen anything like this in Perth.
It was a really good experience, we had latte, eggs Benedict it was really good with a great service. Keep up the good work guys and thank you.
Interesting array of deserts, drinks and food items, some conventional and some bizarre (I’m looking at you avocado latte).
Definitely offers a more novel dining experience than traditional cafes so I’d recommend it for those with an adventurous palette or individuals desiring Instagram worthy snapshots.
Staff was bubbly, but the decor could use updating to enhance the experience and marketing associated with the brand.
I came here because of the food blogs I follow on TT. I have to say I was quite lead on.
My best friend ordered the iced chocolate as she can't drink coffee and after the first sip she could immediately tell there was coffee in there. I tried it and she was right.
We told the staff member who brought our food then brought over the barista and he simply just said, "Yeah that's the iced chocolate. There isn't coffee in there"
Finally after 40mins of waiting, we had well finished out food at this point, her remake came out after ~10 other coffee orders were fulfilled before hers.
I ordered the standard crepe and the crepe was very dark brown and tasted burnt.
I wouldn't come here for lunch, but even with the mix ups their coffee and desserts are really tasty. Hence the 3 stars.
