Very good waffles and ice-cream. Especially loved the iced chai frappe. Will be going back soon!

Very rude service from middle Eastern background women. Others are nice. Except her and she makes not good coffees. But Others Chinese background are fantastic.

Back here after 12 years. I used to love their waffle and so came back for it. The waffle was cooked pretty quickly, although this time it feels waffle was quite airy. I cant remember if it was like this before but you probably can easily eat a large one because of how airy it is. I think they should put more syrup on it because ours were a bit bland, not sweet enough. Not a bad waffle but not as nice as I remembered it to be so probably wont go back again sadly. Biscoff latte was quite nice though.

Very sad to say that I will no longer be returning here as a customer. I have been a regular customer here for the last two years for my morning coffee and have always loved the friendliness of the manager/owner and helpful staff. Unfortunately they have employed the awful, rude and grumpy woman who used to run the gozleme place at Watertown. Today when I got my coffee she was rude to me for the last time. My coffee cup was only 3/4 full and when I questioned it was given a filthy look and no answer. I really hope this cafe doesn't head down the same path and close down because of this awful woman. I will come back as a customer if she's no longer there.

Our order was 45 minutes later than initial delivery time. So not a good start. We both ordered cream…it was brown. Gross. Waste of $50.

This shop is the best hands down the service is amazing the girls are always lovely and polite the coffee is fantastic and the food is top notch aswell my personal favourite is the toasted sandwhiches I've tried to make it the same at home but it never turns out as good anyway if your near watertown and got some spare time check this shop out you wont be dissapointed plus on a hot day you cant go wrong with some great ice cream, waffles and good company:)

I got a large waffle with rum and raisin ice cream tasted awesome recommended it's what a waffle should taste like good work and thank you

The staff are absolutely lovely and treat their customers as if they were their family. 10/10 would recommend going here!

Ordering a toastie for one person then ordering a toastie for a second person means you only ordered one toastie apparently.

We had one of the best waffles in town. Waffles were so tasty and perfect and I believe they upgraded their ice cream taste also. Staff was very nice and service was quick. Def will go again when we visit Watertown. Thankyou

Shakes and cold drinks were packed with ice and couldn't taste anything but Ice. Wish they will ask you if you want ice or not in future or put moderate amount of ice.

Coffee was good but we weren't asked if we want our coffee in mugs or take away cups. And they didn't even bring our coffee and donut in a tray, carried them all in their hands, so poor customer service

Very sloppy breakfast. We ordered the "waffle breakfast". It came with half a waffle, un buttered just dry, and a huge slop of powered runny "eggs". Flavour reminded me of the sort of cheap food that you get at school camp.

Staff member finished my thickshake. Looked great before the self entitled manager came up decided it wasn't beat enough and turned it into $8 chocolate milk.

Excellent waffles, beautiful ice cream wide variety of flavors. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend a visit if your in Perth CBD.

It was so nice place to have a brake after a long shopping day. We tried the woffles with the cookies and cream and it was really good and some great cafe latte. I like this place and recommend it. Friendly staff

We were a big Muslim family and they were so kind to offer alternatives for our toast and eggs. There were 20 of us and their customer service and patience should be applauded. Food was good here though service was a little slow though I don't blame them, our presence was quite overwhelming. Thank you!
