A young lady named Destiny served us tonight and she was fabulous. Great things coming her way if she continues to serve customers the way she served us this evening. Definitely give the pistachio gelato a try, it's delicious. Thanks for the lovely experience.

I remember when I came here last time, waffles and coffee are awesome, and waffles looks better than this time…. Foods looks cheap and simple now but price is higher…. I miss the coffee waffles last time

There was a chinese lady, she was in that much rush, she was making weird faces when I asked her, I want to try ice creams, waste of money on kids cone, charging same price and it is the box cone

My favourite place to have delicious waffles top with fresh cream and maple syrup! They are half price every Tuesday, and I’m so glad that they are still around in Perth!
Milkshakes are the best, with your choice of ice cream. My go to place whenever I’m in Perth!

One of the dumb lady pull my plate while I am eating they gave given me a wrong plate with 2 scoops of ice cream instead of one this dumb lady took it from my hands while eating while shouting to the staff very rude and unprofessional this place has to get a heavy fine for this.this happened Friday the 30th June 2023 around 8.30pm.shame on this dump lady.looks like suffering from dispersion

Ordered one waffle and one pancake
waffle is perfectly fine and yummy while the pancake make us disappointed.just normal pancake not the souffle pancake

I love the super treat. The ice-cream was so chewy and stretchy. Since the waffle was very crispy, think it’ll be much better to serve ice-cream on the side instead. But the coffee was just so so. The staff was friendly but the desk was not cleaned.

I was queuing for order about 6 minutes standing and another visitor standing behind me was served earlier than me after he moved and stood in front of me. Absolutely disappointed!

One staff member was really rude and tried to rush my partner and myself before we had even paid. I’m heavily pregnant and can only move so fast, plus we were in line before this staff members customers. They didn’t use any manners and dampened our whole experience.

Waffles, iced drinks and coffee are all good. My only issue is the surrounding environment of how there are many stupid, ignorant people who berate at some of the young staff! HAVE SOME CONSIDERATION AND PATIENCE! People who yell and curse at the young staff are disgusting!

As a kid, i'm expecting a better service and a good atmosphere in cannington but a chinese dude in blue overtook my position and got served earlier than us as family

I came here and stood around 6-10 minutes when another customer overtook my position.

Check your CCTV when possible, the guy in blue and his mother in grey blouse as well as the waitress who was a short girl were those who involved.

When you want to have a waffle session with the missus but a lady takes half of the seating spots.

Thats a 100% 1 star for for me.

First time coming to this place and I didnt know what to get, so I got help from the lady named Angela and we decided on the La Mode. It was very good and I will be coming back

The customer service very bad. I put my order with one of your staff and I jist waitung to do my payment. But out of sudden the other staff just cut the line. She even not say anything she just serve the other customer and ignore me or even i cannot do my payment. I HAVE TO WAIT THE LAST CUSTOMER TO BE SERVED AND DO THEY PAYMENT
When i asked your staff what is my order, she did not even know my order and not say sorry at all
Is it the way Gelare give a good trainned to your staff how to serve your customer?

Very disappointing.bed customer service. I went in the afternoon, I wish have great waffle with ice cream to treat my self after finish work. But got wrong expectation. I was order waffle with Belgian chocolate and Persian Pistachio ice cream but she gave me Macademian nut, Instead of just change the ice cream, I need to argue with her. Ate not even half of my waffle and just walk away.

Omg the waffles are amazing so crunchy on the outside and middle is soft just right icecream is to die for.
Also their Bacon and eggs are great.
Staff very friendly and helpful and very quick

Waffles are delicious! I went on a busy Thursday night and it was worth the wait. The place is huge with lots of tables inside and outside.
