Great product, terrible service. Doesn't understand who is paying the bills. The customer! Met by a rude and unhelpful sole that basically directed me to a website and wouldn't help me find or source the product locally or even give me a sample to try. Then when I go to the website after leaving, 3 out of the 4 agents don't have the product or no longer deal with this business. Sort this out or move this sad soul on before it gets worse. Sales 101. Help the customer buy your products whatever way you can. Good luck and hopefully the owners see this review and act.
