G'day Japanese & Korean Restaurant

Good food at value prices. Authentic Korean food, noodle to pancake to kimchi. Family owned restaurant. Entree/side dishes are just ok. A few deep fried things, dumplings, and salads.
Noodles, rice dishes are great. Korean fried chicken is really good and crispy. Sometimes it gets too busy for the cook and food can take 40min wait.
Service is ok but not the best. Normally it’s alright but they don’t smile and sometimes the attitude of one of the girls is a little off.
Price are ok, what you expect and good value.
Overall I would come again. Food was worth coming again.

I ordered the chicken katsu with shredded cabbage. Generous portion, well priced, freshly prepared and I enjoyed it.
Nice atmosphere if you want to dine in.

Probably the closest to authentic tastes. They make the best bibimbab in Perth for sure. Good quality food, good service.

It is always a good sign if a small Asian restaurant is packt with mainly local Asians. The place is very low key, more like a Korean family eatery and you can expect home-style cooking. The name G'day Japan is totally misleading as there is very little traditional Japanese on offer. The menu is predominately Korean which is VERY delicious. They are BYO, and you just put your drinks in the fridge by the door and serve yourself. You might have to ask for glasses, but plenty of tea cups on the table. If you like Korean food, go for it!

Amazing food & services! The bibimbap is so fresh and delicious definitely my favourite for takeaway, bulgogi beef tastes delicious & the kimchi fried rice is also very yummy however I personally think it lacks meat - an option to add-on a little bit of meat/spam on there would make it even better!:) Overall, a 5/5 restaurant - so happy to have found this place & will continue to support!

Absolutely epic little restaurant in Yangebup. I've gotten takeaway about half a dozen times and so far everything has been phenomenal. Super fresh and super tasty! Tonight we had the stirfried pork, the beef bulgogi and the kimchi pancakes and it was all so good, I can't wait to try more menu items. Excellent value for money, the stirfrys seem small at first but when you consider they're packed with meat instead of filler vegetables it's worth it. Really nice staff too.

We always have our dinner here as often as possible every time we get in the area because we live 25 km away from this restaurant. I would have given a 5 star rating only if the service is nice. The couple who I think are the owners are really nice but the younger lady is rude. It’s not the first time she is showing some attitude to us but today is the worst. Food is always very good because we really love Korean foods.

So happy to find this authentic home cook style korean restaurant south of the river. Love the bulgogi beef, seafood pancake and sizzling pork. Thumbs up for super friendly service ️

Lovely first visit to this family run restaurant nice quiet location, clean, airy, friendly fast service, dishes were all good portion size and delicious, reasonable pricing, definitely going back and highly recommend

Authentic Korean Restaurant With Affordable $. The place is small so make sure you come early or make a booked before you come.

Like a true local yangebupian, i thought id give this place a go. Not very cultured when it comes to Korean food and had no idea what i was eating, but damn it was good.

Talk about hidden gem! How I managed not to discover this place the soonest is such a conundrum. For such a humble place, their food taste and quality is above par and customer service is excellent. Will definitely keep coming back.
