Gazzo's for Hair

Tracey and the girls have entertained, chatted and given me the best haircuts for over 10 years. I've always been welcomed and never needed to wait to long before getting exactly the haircut I ask for. Thankyou for the years ladies of trimming my mighty eyebrows

I can only describe my 3rd visit to Gazzo’s as horrendous. As I was being serviced by whom I would assume is the apprentice hairdresser, the owners’ daughter stepped in to help her out and take over, giving her some instructions along the way. Once completed the daughter asked me if I was happy with the cut, I then asked what I considered to be a simple/reasonable request, and the was “could I look at the back of the cut in a mirror”. This is something every hairdresser I’ve ever been to over many many years has done automatically. WELL, that was it, off she went berating me, I was gobsmacked. She made comments like if I want a good haircut I would have to make an appointment and pay $50 instead of the $25 I pay for the young girl at the front, mind you this is a straight forward simple cut with no washing or styling, colouring or anything and I hadn’t criticised her in the least. Her behaviour was atrocious and in any customer service/sales position I’ve ever held would at least demand a written warning! Not so in this instance as her mother, Tracy, came over and kept the frosty and abrupt abuse going, basically sticking up for the pitiful behaviour of her daughter. This was made all the worse as these two women conducted themselves in this manner in front of my 2 young children. Obviously, I’ll never be going back and could not recommend them to anyone.

Tracey is great. So funny and engaging. My daughter loved her new haircut. Thanks Tracey, we will definitely be back!:)

Fantastic service. Went for my first hair cut yesterday and feel I have found my new hairdresser. It is clear Tracey knows hair. Lots of laughs and great hair cut, what’s not to love

Trace, Kodee and all the staff are so professional, hilarious and friendly. They completely understand my “alternative” aesthetic and I’m never disappointed with what they come up with for me! A great haircut makes you feel like a million dollars and I always appreciate the boost to my self esteem each time I visit. I’d never even consider going anywhere else!

The Owner Is An Outrageous Laugh. Great company and great banter. And a pretty damned good haircut to boot.

I'm not at all happy with the haircut I had. I think I had a trainee who towards the end swapped with another lady who completed my haircut. Overall I wasn't able to get what I wanted and felt I left with an incomplete haircut. I should really go back tomorrow and have this fixed

Staff very welcoming and friendly, also, if you are first time visitor, they ask you carefully how you want the haircut to be.
Will go again for sure.

Got me in straight away on a Saturday without an appointment. Very satisfied, not many people know how to deal with curly hair.

The haircuts here are not over priced, and they go the extra mile with talking.well the more experienced hair dressers do, not to say new staff are bad just more nervous which takes time to get used to it I guess.

Cheap tuesdays as well get on top of it.

Best hair salon ever such beautiful warmed hearted owners and their talents and skills are amazing.its a must see and try!
