This newsagents has now become my local. Love all the staff that serve me, especially the young man that always wears a mask he is so polite and just has a beautiful nature about him

I rang to find out if my daughter would be getting paid for the hours she worked and he said “do you think she should? ” I could not believe what I heard, I was shocked that a business owner in this day and age would respond in this manner. He wouldn’t give me a straight answer to my question and told me to call his manager the next day. He was disrespectful, abrupt and in the end I hung up on him due to his aggressive behaviour.
Do not direct your children to work for this news agency.

I leave on the bench a plastic mat. I came back after 5 and the lady under the counter said that probably someone took it over.
When I let her notice that is quite bad that someone can take whatever he wants from the shop whiteout been noticed she said that I am responsible of my stuff.

I agree with the majority of reviewers who have had the unfortunate experience of the man who owns this shop. He is an arrogant, bossy, rude man who should know how to treat customers and staff with the courtesy, respect and care which he obviously does not have the slightest knowledge of. Disgusting.

Hubby was in there yesterday, browsing magazines on Caravanning and 4WDs. Very rude middle aged man (maybe owner) promptly walked to him and said, "you can browse, but no reading". Hubby was so shocked, he left magazines and walked out. He would have bought 1 or 2 if not for rude service

Asked for 20 tickets which was 2 lots of 10 tickets yet she gives me 20 single tickets even after I told her what she gave me was wrong.

We noticed some stuffed animals so entered the store with our two children. My hubby picked up a stuffed Panda to check the price ($20) and handed to my three year old son to see if he would like it. We were immediately confronted by this rude man who bluntly told us that the Panda “wasn’t a toy” and my son should not touch it. He glared making us uncomfortable so we promptly left the store. Regret entering the store and will not give this rude man any business. Absolutely disgusting.

Rude lady served today and she made a big fuss loudely over someone talking on the phone saying how they don't serve customers on the phone. Although this person was on the phone she did acknowledge ppl that work there waiting in the line. She had a very important phone call to attend to and she did speak to and acknowledge the workers too. Lost my business for sure.

This store has terrible workers, I was trying to buy a card for my cousin only to be told we were taking to long and got told to leave. I will never be buying anything from that store again for its customers service and rude people.
