Dr Manjot Singh was very professional, friendly. Today he did my teeth bridging, in just short time he did really amazing mt front two teeth, better then before. Highly recommended.

As soon as I walked through the door, I felt welcomed by friendly staff.
I was made to feel very comfortable from start to finish.

I had a very friendly welcome from the reception team, who were able to confirm things for me and adjusted my appointment time without complaint when I had a diary clash.
The dentist was gentle, knowledgeable and personable and I did not feel rushed, and felt informed about my care with a discussion afterwards on what was found and options on what to do next and possible outcomes if I left things longer.
As a nice touch being able to see my potential out of pockets on any future work was nice, as I was not made to feel awkward asking the receptionist to check my insurance cover for me. Other places I've been to say "it just depends on your insurance, " and leave uncertainty, rather than go the extra mile at the time to give informed financial consent. I felt there was a non judgemental professional attitude from the dentist and didn't feel pressured to have expensive treatments or be upsold - I was really happy with my experience overall.

The service here is great and the reception staff are so friendly! Dr Guru is a very good dentist, he talks you through the whole consultation to make sure you’re comfortable and Joanna is very good too!

Easy booking platform. Lisa at reception was so lovely and helpful. Such a beautiful clean practice. We attended Gateways Dental as they on the preferred supplier list for our health insurance. Bulk billed for 2 of us and only x-ray costs for the other appt. We've had 2 visits and we'll definitely be back.

Great service. The dentist made you feel comfortable and explained everything. The appointment was a little late, but, besides from that the booking and payment process, receptionist and treatment was great.

We visited for my little ones first check up and clean. They were wonderful. He was a little nervous at first but they put him at ease and made the process easy.

My wife and I have been going here for years but I will be going elsewhere from now on. I booked in to have a bottom molar looked at, and after examination was decided that top modular was the issue. I said but it’s the bottom that is causing pain, I was advised that “it’ll be the top that will fix it”. I got home and my bottom molar is still sore and now I need to rebook to have it looked at.

Fantastic dental practice with lovely accommodating staff that also are extremely helpful and happy to listen.
All the doctors are just as amazing and very professional. Have had several visits now and I've always left satisfied and without a hole in pocket.
Payments include pay later options, which is a huge deal when it comes to getting that care sooner without having to destroy your budget.

Dr ashein was very polite and caring. Thorough with treatment and follow ups but also takes the time to explain whats going on and what is needed next. As someone who is not a fan of the dentist, i left feeling happy and confident in my care.

I honestly cannot thank Dr Rahul Pankhaniya and his team enough. I had to have a dental implant of my front tooth. The overall treatment for the removal of the front tooth. Insertion of the rod and then the permanent implant took about a year. Which is shorter than most expected time frames. I even got a temporary tooth made up so that i did not have to have a gap in my smile for the entire time. Dr Rahul Pankhaniya's gentle approach made myself feel calm and that I was in safe hands, and at the end of the day I would have a winning smile. Not having a front tooth and working in the hospitality industry really shook my self-confidence and he never judged. Only wanted the best for me as his client. And for that I highly recommend this dental surgery. The surgery itself and the team are very warm and inviting and accommodated to my needs for extra appointments and moving around appointments with no hassle at all.

The staff are always very friendly and nice, accidentally turned up way too early and they were very forgiving and polite. Dr Ashwin was very nice as always and explained things very well.

My kids are not a big fan of the dentist and they had such a good experience. They saw Dr Ashwin and it was a very pleasant experience for them. Did not disappoint and will def go back for myself.

I have been going to Gateways Dental for over 15 years and recently my son had just over $3500 worth of work done there. One tooth he had filled has been painful and uncomfortable and so we had a follow up appointment to see what the problem was. The dentist xrayed and examined his tooth and couldn't find anything wrong but we were charged and additional $100. As a follow up to a procedure we had done there, I feel it is unfair to continue to charge, especially with the amount we have already spent within their practice. When the previous owner Andrew House owned the practice, it felt like you were going to a family oriented surgery but now it feels like it's just about the money. I'm definitely taking my family somewhere else.

The staff were amazing and comforting for someone that is scared of the dentist I’d happily go back.
