Gateway Dermatology

I have attended Gateway Dermatology several times over the last 2 years, professional and friendly service, they do care about you and what you are experiencing and care about you very well which is the very reason I always return for regular checks via my local GP.

I too found both the reception staff incredibly rude and uncaring and Dr Tai appeared that he couldn't wait to get me out of there.

As a customer, experience matters. Followed this dermatologist up 3 times with their receptionist before getting, “Our waiting list is until February…”. Twice, they claimed they didn’t receive a referral, so I had to email it through when the Dr had done previously. Gateway should think about replacing this unhelpful and rude oaf.

I had a very good experience, Dr Foxton was very professional and offered me his card to call at any time if I had any questions. Admin staff were also very pleasant. I would highly recommend this practice.

I found everyone to be friendly, professional and put my mind at ease with the opp I needed to have. Thank you all so much.

Dr Foxton himself is excellent at his job and very nice! The reception staff on the other hand extremely blunt and rude every experience I’ve had there is unpleasant! Sad because their the ‘face’ of the practise really!

Receptionist was gigging continually, seemed drunk on champagne.
Explained consult fee was around $210 and rebate was $70. I was told I need a referral. I explained that my doctor sent an email last week directly to the centre when were in his surgery and he didn't write a hard copy. She then told me to go back to doctor and get referral!
I said I am not going to do that and if your fee is $210 surely chasing up beaucratic paper work is included. I suggested that she look in the inbox and it will be there. She reckoned she deletes the emails daily!
Embarrassing incompetence that is laughable, may Explain why she had the giggles the whole time.

I have been a patient of Dr Tai's for several years now, I find him to be the kindest, gentle, caring and understanding Dr, Also I cannot fault any of his staff that I may have come in contact with, Both at Gateway and Oxford Day Surgery.

Had a horrible experience here, was told the exact same thing as was told by my local GP was told "its not that bad" and was there for about 30 seconds and paid $150 Dr Tai was very rude and didn't care about me or my issue at all, would not recommend.

Dr Foxton has been helpful and thoroughly explained different treatment options. The reception staff are very friendly and go above and beyond in getting to know you on a first name basis, they are also very knowledgeable in the various treatment plans. I would 100% recommend.

Dr Foxton was great. The reception however has a lot to be desired. Rather rude and abrasive. I didn't feel very welcome there; it was as if I were interrupting their conversation and an inconvenience to be there. Parking can also be an issue. Spaces on the road side are scarce

Dr Tai is so thorough and Caring, he certainly has my skin issues all sorted and back on track. Anyone seeking help with Psoriasis or Skin problems don’t hesitate to come and chat to them as they also have Photo therapy which has Amazing Results!
The Reception team are so friendly and very obliging, always have a smile even when they are very busy I have found them very Professional!

Really great! Very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Dr Glen Foxton is excellent. The receptionists are very friendly, helpful and welcoming too.

Dr Foxton and his Team are so accomodating and professional. Barry had some fast growing lesions and we were preparing to fly to Brisbane but no problem for Glen and his Team they slotted me in at very short notice to have them removed. Glen is an extremely good Doctor with great surgical skills but most of all he is a down to earth bloke.
