Booked in for check oil light coming on
2000 dollars and three weeks later. Still oil light on. I would not get my push bike serviced here. The Worst experience ever. Car now booked in 3km down the road for a no obligation quote to fix. Ps the RAC fixed car, didn't make it home.
We had the best sale consultant when we bought our car, find Amir and he will help you all the way to buy your car. They will also give you the best deal, just make sure to be more charming when you haggle
Purchased my new car from Ryan at Gardner Suzuki and very happy I did. Ryan was polite and patient, easy to deal with. We didn't feel pressured at all, and had our questions answered with ease, which was much appreciated. I believe he genuinely is keen to provide good service. I wouldn't hesitate doing business with Ryan from Gardner Suzuki again.

We bought a prestige branded late model car. We were assured that parts of the car we were not happy with would be attended to. Rim repairs were extremely shoddy, an arch trim was damaged. The car was supposedly inspected by the pits yet had 3 different branded and different tread pattern tyres. Car was promised it was accident free but this was also a lie.
They will hassle you endlessly about servicing but ignore any enquiries or complaints. We are upgrading the car again but will avoid Gardner Autos. Just not trustworthy. The car was also not detailed.
Overall we were left very disappointed.
Took car here for service and diagnosis for some engine issues. Service was one of the most thorough ones I've received - car hasn't felt this good to drive in years.
Service was cheaply priced. Repairs needed for engine issues I am getting a second opinion on, but I do not think they were priced unfairly.
Their waiting area was nice and they offered a lift service to take me home and then back to the business later.
Smoothest transaction I've ever had when buying or selling a used vehicle. Consignment manager Tony Elvin was a pleasure to deal with, no BS approach.

Appalled by this dealership. Signed up last year and they didn’t mention the price protection by all other dealers. Asked for $25,000 more on delivery 12 months later. Still $15,000 dearer than any other dealer selling the EXACT same car. Plus all accessories were twice the price. Rip off merchants. Go to Freo. Dont buy here. You’ll pay WAY too much.

The purchase process was easy, but the pre-delivery and after sales service is terrible. I was being sold a paint protection pack with a lifetime warranty and was told they could not provide any terms and conditions until after the pack had been purchased and applied. I was told it was backed by HSV so went ahead anyway. Found out after the fact that my car may not have been eligible for the lifetime warranty, and lost count of how many times I had to try and contact them to rectify the situation. No paperwork was provided in relation to the warranty when I picked it up, and they did not include the HSV maintenance kit that was promised. I followed up about this three times and was told to go in and pick it up whenever I had a chance. My Wife went in to collect it two weeks later and the salesman knew nothing about it and provided something different.
To top it all off, someone there added the cost of the paint protection pack to the cost base of the car for the transfer papers (which took more than 2 weeks to actually transfer!) and it resulted in me paying about $200+ more in stamp duty. By this point I had been so frustrated trying to deal with them that paying the $200+ seemed like the most painless solution and that's saying something about their service!

Bought a Ford Hot Rod sight unseen from NSW. Appreciate that this is not their normal item of sale but worse car dealer customer service experience ever. No communication at sales process as I had apparently negotiated 'the lowest possible price' with one sales person only to have another salesman call my husband an hour later and offer it for $10k less. They honored the lower price (yes thankyou) and we paid the full amount but then were hounded to sign the final paperwork before delivery. In all our years of buying many a personal and commercial vehicle we have never had to sign paperwork before delivery. Found out that this was due to the sales person wanting her commission that month. Gardner recommended a transport company that ''guaranteed' a fully enclosed transport service from Perth to Sydney but when we called this company to reconfirm details it was only enclosed from Melb to Syd. (Car has no roof so would not be treated kindly by the Nullabor.) Car was picked up by our engaged company only to arrive absolutely filthy today as detailed in their pick up report from Gardner's depot. Thanks for also providing the pre-delivery inspection that you also promised.not.

Never will purchase a vehicle nor recommend Gardner Motors. We had bought a car as in we paid cash for it $30k+ drove 34ks home with the motor over heating! Not to mention we had to check Dot (department of transport) to make sure it was registered. Lucky we had because it had ran out. I had called Shannon to follow up the faults we were/are experiencing with the vechile, he apparently had to speak to Jason.we have been waiting for a call back and still waiting!
Had my eye on a used 14 Suzuki swift glx that was advertised. Its been on the market for awhile but I never had a chance to go for a look. Then I finally had a day off work and drove from Armadale to look at it. It was raining heavily and the salesperson was very rude and didn't look forward to serving us in the rain. He asked what I was willing to spend to which I told him. He didn't even bother to counter offer or negotiate and suggested going for another cheaper car. We came for a specific car and found it rude to not even bargain with us. Of course we left and bought same model car at another dealership $1000 cheaper. Suffice to say that the little red Suzuki swift is still advertised for sale at Gardner's
