We had a game we had been seeking on hold and the gentleman on the phone was polite and very helpful with our schedule to arrange a time to collect. The store was well presented with A LOT of stock to choose from but the lady who served on the day was a let down. Waited at a small distance from the counted and she stared at the computer after serving someone else. Waited a bit longer before stepping forward and got a "yes". She clearly didnt want to be there and shoved our collectible item in the bag with little to no care. Wondeful store and it got an item we struggled to get elsewhere but next time she is in a mood, may want to take 5 out back and recompose. We all have bad days and unfortunately in customer service, it reflects badly on the company.

Well safe to say won't be shopping here anymore, was given a gift that unfortunately I don't collect, asked for a refund no they don't do refunds that's against consumer Law but ok then, said I can have store credit but the items I do collect they don't have in stock and won't be guaranteed to get an allocation of them. So now I'm stuck with a gift card to a useless store, and when asking ok do you at least price match as other places sell a booster box for $160 and they sell for $210 no we don't price match, what kind of store are you running, will definitely be taking this further.

This is place is not only a games store it sell also of interesting things to build, train sets, kites, model cars and boats. Party games. Brighter lights might be good. The shop is full to the ceiling, so when you go look up for the bigger games and activities

The shop attendant was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They helped me pick a few games. The games they sell are well priced and they often run sales to clear old stock. Definitely a great place to buy your games from.
