I recently purchased a 3D crystal puzzle from your Karrinyup store for my 5 year old grandson and attempted to return it for a refund OR credit after my 37 year old son was unable to put it together for him after following the so- called instructions. “Just follow the order of the puzzle pieces shape (there are 52 different shapes) the puzzle can be easily fixed” read the instructions. Needless to say, this hardly qualifies as instructions! The snarky sales lady refused to even give us a credit to purchase something else at the store, so this will definitely be the last time I’ll set foot in a Games World and we will unreservedly be letting as many people as possible know about the disgusting customer service experience! With that attitude it’s amazing that you’re still in business!
Massive range of games, but can be pretty hard to find and seem slightly overpriced. But if there’s a staff member around (which there usually is) they’ll be happy to help.
