I’d Just like to say I went into Games world looking for a particular puzzle and was served by Emily, she showed me great customer service and even though they didn’t have the puzzle I was looking for, Emily tried to find me something similar and another alternative. Working in retail myself you appreciate good customer service.
Emily was polite and smiled as did all staff working. I would recommend going to Joondalup as even though it is a very busy time of year, she took the time to help me. Well done!

Terrible experience. I do not trust them. Poker set was marked with sale price of $99, as opposed to the full cost of $170, and the salesperson wouldn’t honour it (despite being an ACCC law). I emailed the store and they replied overnight agreeing to honour the price if I came back. Which I did the next day…. However, they wouldn’t let me have the same poker set (with 13.5gram chips). Instead trying to tell me the 11.5 gram set was the same. It isn’t. Must think their client are idiots. Buy online from a different business and Im sure it will be a better product and service and save you hassle of going into the store.

Good until i drive all they way there as the internet said they closed at 5: 30 but we’re closed a few minutes after 5. Workers clearly saw me there looking and wondering all confused but didn’t care as they get to go home early.

Always good atmosphere when I come in. My favourite of all the shops staff always help me and give great game knowledge

Hmmm they are a good shop but you have to check there items over and over I bought a hq monaro there and lady never opened it when I layby it when got it home it had damage on the boot check over and over

Would like to commend young girl behind counter (long dark hair and lovely friendly smile). Excellent customer service and eager to please attitude. Definitely my favourite shop attendant. I found out today Gamesworld Whitfords is a completely different story and they won't be receiving any of my custom or money again

Super tight fit when multiple people are in the store. The layout needs to be mapped out more efficiently and remember less is more.

Overpriced and misleading.
Poor quality with l9ts of items unavailable once you finally reach the checkout.
Delivery prices are exorbitant and delivery time too long.
Waste of time and money.

This place is over priced and seem to sell damaged stock without notice or care. I paid over $500 on hornby train sets from here and i dont know what they did to them or how they stored them but after setting them up I've found out the motors in both the trains i got are faulty and the track just doesnt work and dies at certain spots. My sets from 2004 and a different country work much better than these. Go to a hobby shop, youll pay less, get a product that works and wont be ripped off by a group of teenage workers that dont seem to care.

Had a brand new game with missing pieces. They couldn’t help me out because I don’t have a receipt. That’s fair enough.however they didn’t care to give me any helpful advice about how I could proceed. I was hung up on too. Not cool

Their Cards Against Humanity is cheaper than Target! Plus the service I got their was excellent. Extremely friendly and bubbly. Will definitely come back here again.

Been there a few times but just feel like I’m being watched constantly and very closely each time, I get the need for security but maybe install a security camera rather than literally eyeing me all over the store.makes for s really uncomfortable experience

This is the best place to buy the latest card and board games. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable about the games. The prices are competitive and often can buy great games at a good price.

Excellent quirky little store. Always have a great amount of stock and the staff are amazing and not overly pushy. Would definitely recommend this place.
