The place has nothing in mind your looking for like I want a full built up tank and they don't have that.

Terrible service - Casey the store manager is very rude and not knowledgeable of consumer rights. Nobody else you can speak to as she is last point of call apparently. I purchased a collectible car from them for $300 and clearly said at purchase if it’s not the right model can I return and get a refund- I was told a clear yes. It sadly turned out to be the wrong model so upon returning Casey just said no refunds, there signage is not on the store counter only on a receipt after purchase but this store will clearly lie to sell products with terrible customer service. Will be telling all my customers and friends not to shop at this store so the mere $300 refund just cost the owners thousands more in returning customers. To the store owner - Casey didn’t even look in the box to make sure the collectible car was still in there - more worried about a dodgy policy then your products definitely wouldn’t want her working in my stores. I hope you can give Casey and other staff members some more training and put your signage in the correct positions according to the accc. I will be taking my complaint further to Westfield and consumer protection to get a full refund.

Great place to shop for games and jigsaws. Staff are friendly and very approachable! Love browsing here as I always feel welcome.

Staff are incredibly racist beyond belief, treated coldly and dismissed as I walked in the store but very chirpy and friendly! When a white person walks in.kept hovering and eyeing me when I only wanted to buy a game for my nephew.will avoid this store like the plague.absolutely disgusting.

I was given a 3D plastic Roses puzzle as a Christmas gift. After building it, I discovered that it was missing a piece that held one of the roses together. As it was a gift I did not have a receipt. Because of this, the staff and manager refused to exchange the incomplete product for a complete one.
When I asked how I was supposed to prove that when it was a gift, the staff responded that the person who gave it to me should have kept the receipt.
I have never had a faulty product that had not been exchangeable, from any other store, without the receipt. I also worked in customer service for over twenty years and never was a faulty product not exchangeable, with or without the receipt!
This is appalling, especially considering it was a gift, that has now been ruined.
The staff members were rude and there was no visible signage of the store policy that states no exchanges for faulty products, without the receipt.

Has a large variety of items and there will be definitely something for everyone, I love going there to see whats new.

I came here for the Rubik's cubes (don't buy them) and chessboards, the boards are worth if you want it immediately. Other than that get it online, cheaper and more variety

Fantastic little store with wide range of board games, cars, and unique chess boards. I couldn't find the board game "Ligretto" (coolest game of all time) anywhere else, but I emailed them and not only they had a few available, but also they set one aside for me:)

Hadn't been for a while but service was outstanding and helpful. Will be back Thankyou Games World. Even got something for my parents which they would love. Merry Christmas.

Amazing range of products. The new range of 3D puzzles being sold at this place are absolutely awesome! Very good prices and provides hours of fun for evr3yon. I also picked up a copy of exploding kittens which was hella fun

Been here since before the renovation, good place for people who love board games, models and other bits and pieces. Prices are a bit high and needs to have a few more discounts available.

Great choices of games. However, the staff kept hovering around and ask 3 times if I needed help. It would be great if they didn't make you feel like a possible criminal.

Amazing store really amazing they're collection of classic cars and uber cool chess boards is too sick.prices are over the roof though but I guess that's what you get in exchange for quality. Find attached photos of the chess boards they have in stock.

As soon as you get a loyalty card or some sort it's 5 stars! We have spent so much money here Always a thorough range of games and puzzles. A neat little store ️
